Uh, yeah, that's what entertainers do - they dress up to get attention. You can't entertain the audience if you don't have their attention. D-do you think they dress like that at home? Honey, those are their work clothes.

Actually I think they go to a lot more trouble with their appearance than most cisgender women do. And of course they dress up for attention, that's entertainment.

I have seen plenty of women dress like that. Granted these would be women you hate for not being barefoot and pregnant.

Because its a show. It IS for attention.
