If Obama was ruthless enough to plan for concentration camp against disenters then why didn’t he make a coup in 2016 to remain longer?

Since the government was clever enough to built 1,000 camps without anyone noticing or photographing them after all this time, I suspect they’re clever enough to defeat any countermeasures you might come up with.
