Panel 1: Slick is watching “Dumb White Guy” while the TV post is saying “And now back to our program”
Panel 2: A white man wearing pair of overalls and holding a pitchfork is standing in the midst of a farm while saying “Duhhhhh” and “Durrrrr”
Panel 3: Slick is asking “Who writes this crap” while the farmer is thrice saying “Derp”
Panel 4: A lan wearing a yarmulke is using a typewriter. From the windows this man is seated in front can be seen the signs for Hollywood

Perhaps it’s because I am not familiar with Sinfest (although having read the RationalWiki article on it just yesterday: Slick is one of the original cast that was reduced to a straw loser since TI’s original descend into misandry, isn’t he?), but I thought the occupied armchair was Donald Trump.
Dumb (and often fat) white dude who keeps fucking up his life yet everything comes out okay in the end, with a hot (and often smart but powerless and long-suffering) wife, has been a sitcom staple for the entire history of television. Actually it predates television; it surprisingly started on radio. Which Tatsuya sort of acknowledges two strips later, where he does the *exact* same “joke” but with “dumb German guy” in the 1930s. (Though it’s black & white movie instead of TV or Radio.)
I could see it maybe being rooted in Yiddish “schlemiel” comedy/jokes (pure speculation, as I don’t know nearly enough to make that claim), but regardless, it’s been popular for so long because some people find it funny, not because it’s a constant, near-century-long stream of propaganda. It’s not nearly like every group of people, including Jews, don’t make fun of themselves - though not necessarily in the same way.
Also, does that even really exist anymore? I’m out of the loop in that particular segment of pop-culture entertainment, but the only recent one I’ve heard of is “Kevin Can F**k Himself” which is a brutal deconstruction of it.

One is tempted to say yes, but he did a two-months long string of incoherent Lord of the Rings comics, where the orcs (Israelis) were slaughtering hobbits (Palestinians) in order to stop Hobbit Hitler, a nonexistent character which was invented by Saruma’am (trans women?) and the idea of him (Hobbit Hitler) was spread around by mass-produced Palantíri (social media) because… um… fuck if I know. Like, he’s definitely gone anti-Semitic, but it’s manifesting in such a bizarre way that it’s hard to say if the occasional outright Nazi propaganda is accidental or on purpose.
[Edited later for clarity]
I wonder how TatIsh would have depicted Slick reacting to a show that’s basically Dukes Of Hazzard if Bo and Luke had been Bo and Lucy.
And it’s set somewhere in Canada, so they drive a muscle car with the Canadian flag on it.
A boogeyman is asking himself "Who writes this crap", then visits the oldest FSTDT featured post and learns about the fall of webcomic into insanity, hate speech disguised as parody and radicalization propaganda...
Politically as intelligent as AF Branco, Ben Garrison and Stonetoss
Which is to say politically idiotic
Confused?
