Fair enough. But she's putting herself even more at risk of being found out by doing this, I'd say. If I found a bra in someone's room (who is perceived as a man), I'd probably think it's their girlfriend's or a masturbation thing rather than trans.

On one hand, it's not like this person is sexually assaulting her mother. On the other hand, using a family member's underwear is pretty skeevy, and I'd think that no matter the genders or specific relations involved. A shirt is one thing, but underwear is a step too far. She should just get her own.

For fuck's sake. I grew up with nothing but a sentence mentioning homosexuality in my school books and a vague knowledge that some people are gay. I still turned out to be queer with "Tumblr genders" once I found definitions that resonated with me.
