The OP has several strands of thought all bunched together into this mess of an argument.
1) She is transphobic, and I mean that in the most literal sense of the word. That transphobia leads her to believe all manner of vile things about the people she fears.
2) She doesn't like the idea the definition of family is expanding to include other types then a man, a woman, and several children. (And, as an aside here, I would like to point out polygamy has been a tolerated part of American culture for the most part even when it came to light that fundamentalist polygamists were trading girls like baseball cards while looking for any excuse to cast boys out of the communities.)
3) I doubt this woman has had a serious conversation with anyone on the left about transsexuality or anything else for that matter. She, in her head, has a caricature of what a leftist should be and believes it's reality. And that brings me to point four.
4) Almost everybody, left or right, opposes the exploitation of children - at least for pornography. (There are other ways of exploiting children, such as for cheap labour, that many of us ignore deliberately so we don't have to change our spending habits, for example, and children are also exploited by their parents during divorce proceedings such that sometimes the handoffs between parents with shared custody must take place in a police station.)
Some sections of the population have no problem with exploiting children for *political gain*, claiming their political rivals are trying to destroy childhood and (to put it crudely) turn kids gay by overexposing them to sexual content at young ages.
In Connecticut, eighth graders were given a foul school assignment asking them to share their sexual desires in the form of pizza toppings.
Notice how the OP throws this into the same grab bag of complaints where anger over child pornography can be found. Eighth graders are pubescent or close to it and sexuality is not a thing to hide from or be ashamed of. And, no, sometimes parents are not the best teachers of their children. It sounds like the teacher came up with a creative way to discuss an uncomfortable topic which allowed the kids to express themselves more honestly than they would if they were simply asked about sexual desires.
Peons on the right like to label those of us with a social conscience as SJWs, sneering at our concern for the environment - for what kind of world we'll be leaving to the children they claim to be so concerned about. They oppose universal health care. They sometimes cut school lunches. Whenever it's time to slash and burn, rightist politicians can be counted upon pretty much always to start their cuts with education and healthcare and disability assistance.
People on the right, many of whom claim to be devout Christians, should read their Bibles more often:
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them." -- Matt 7:15-20 (NKJV)
