I'm always super impressed by the way Sweden somehow manages to be both a feminist hellhole where men have no rights and also a Muslim sharia state where women have been reduced to holes without rights for Muslim men to rape without repercussions. Why, it's almost as if people are using Sweden as an example for their pet hatred and don't actually know anything about this place!
Sure, the cop in the video overreacted and shouldn't have used that much force, but he did threaten to blow the street up and when she asked him to clarify, he replied with "do you want to test it out"? I don't blame her for taking that as a threat.
The authorities there will likely require men to enlist but while of course, women will have real choices.
Everyone over 18 gets the summon to go through military training, regardless of gender. Everyone can also notify whether or not they want to do military service, and in most cases the number of people who want to do it are high enough that they don't need to force anyone. As long as we're not in war, that won't change. And they're actually trying to find ways to raise the number of women choosing to do the training.
