I was in school, Montgomery College Rockville. I was roughly an hour away from the Arlington crash site. There's a real fucking reason I disbelieve it being CGI OP. Say what you will about people in early 20s, I would have been 22 myself, I know what I saw and CGI back then wasn't that good enough.
