No one ever considers that these mental health problems are the result of living in a misogynistic and homophobic society, not a transphobic society.

Of course we've considered it. Transgender people face misogyny as FtM (bigots still treat them as women) or MtF (bigots are scornful of men who want to be women), and some trans are homosexual as well as transgender. All these issues are talked about openly.

But regardless of your prejudice, transgenderism is real and your denial of it is just proof of your own transphobia.
