“I was struck by the fact that it really is insane, illogical, plain NUTS to choose to sin, to disbelieve God.”
I don’t disbelieve god. I do not believe in ANY gods.
All the arguments for them are unconvincing.
Frankly, it would be illogical for me to BELIEVE in your god in the face of those conditions.
“I mean, everything’s laid out, God’s explained everything, and yet there are people who would prefer to suffer in hell than serve God.”
Um, i don’t believe in your god, i don’t believe in your hell, i don’t believe anyone’s going there. And ’god’s explained everything’ doesn’t quite cover everything.
“Satan knew everything, and he chose to rebel, and so many other people do likewise."
Still doesn’t apply to me. Not a choice I made.
“I’m simply amazed at the audacity of human pride, and its stubborn depths.”
Not pride that makes me reject your superstition. Just critical analysis.
