However, if i am dying, beyond recovery, or if I fail triage REALLY badly, then I don’t want my death to go to waste. It is moral to consent to giving someone my heart, my eyes, my liver, etc.
Right now, I have part of a dead man’s jaw inside mine. The dental surgeon called it ‘cadaverous tissue’ but I have a vocabulary.
And even if my organs are problematic, use the body for doctor training. It’ll help them save some other patients’ lives. But they’re not going to kill me to get a dissection dummy.

You’re fixating on the ‘heart kept alive’ part of the donor’s condition. Functional organs are not the same as a living person who will even possibly wake up again in the future.
