Anyone can be radicalized be they Muslim or otherwise. Ether screen everyone or screen no one. Preferably no one. Also I noticed he dropped radicalized from "Expel all Muslims from govt. positions and the military." Nice job dropping the pretense that most Muslims are good. Now we know how you truly think.
Also you want to make Muslims less "radicalized" don't destroy their holy sites. That will make them worse.
In point one he says none "radicalized" Muslims can have weapons but in point three he talks about disarming all Muslims world wide and keeping them from having access to weapons. This not only shows how he truly feels but also shows he's not paying attention to what he's writing.
The worst thing we can do is isolated Muslim countries. As the average citizen of those countries see what the modern world has to offer they want to be part of it. Isolating those countries will radicalized them faster as they will be cut off from the world. That isn't what we should want. This man never heard of the Arab Spring.
Point six I can agree with only if it applied to every single country. Not just Muslim ones.
