Now as for what I would miss. Due to the financial issues I had to forgo a trip to Nashville for the country music Fan Fair, which I attend every year. I am devastated. We have a plan to save up for next year, if it works out. If the Rapture happens then I will not get to go. However, I am confident that there will be country music in Heaven and that annual Fan Fairs will continue into eternity.

My favorite current TV show is iCarly. The show is currently at its peak and it has an upcoming episode that promises to be its best episode ever. If the Rapture happens first, I am sure there will be TV sets to watch it on, as they are already filmed.

I was not only mad, but I actually broke out laughing at one point. Certainly not because it was funny, but because I cannot fathom being so ignorant and hateful that you would actually MOCK the being that created you. I was completely convicted at Sunday School class this past week. It was on loving our enemies. Stuff like the evil against our Lord makes my blood boil but I was reminded that one of Christianity's supreme advantages above all other religions is we are the only ones who love our enemies.

I was thinking, and that can be dangerous in and of itself, but, a greenhouse is full of plants. Plants use the CO2 we put in the air and let off oxygen. So then with a room full of plants wouldnt you expect there to be more O2 in the room? If there is more O2 in the room, would that mean that greenhouse gases are what we need to live? I obviously havent done the research as yet, but it is certainly a curious thought.

I believe the evidence points to them being demons, plain and simple. Remember, Satan disguises himself as angel of light, and what do these UFOs demonstrate all the time? A light show!

These Christians authors made observations that when you compare the strange manifestations of a UFO contactee who channels UFO beings, with the strange manifestations of an occult seance medium supposedly contacting departed spirits, the symptoms are all but identical: supernatural knowledge, a sense of "cold air", the channeler/medium speaking with a strange voice not their own, objects moving around, etc. In the latter, these are readily known occult manifestations of the presence of a demon, but somehow we are supposed to think that if these symptoms show up upon contacting UFOs, it's not the occult, but science!

UFOs are demonic (not scientific), and this is true despite all the Star Wars, Star Trek, and other sci-fi shows/movies/books/comic books to the contrary!

I was just thinking what if the image of the beast is just another word for TV? If John would have seen this in his vision it would have been like a "picture" come alive an image. Now think about this everybody is forced to go digital. How else could everybody be forced to worship the beasts image unless they were all in the same place at the same time? Well with TV this becomes possible. What if with this digital switch they can monitor when your TV is on and what you are watching? If your not infront of your TV with tuned to the beast network at 7pm and "worshipping" his image they come to your house and kill you...

This is also why the hate crimes bill is so dangerous. It protects child molesters, AND if your child so much as turns down their own rape- they are guilty of a hate crime. If your child fights a rapist by scratching the face of their attacker- hate crime. Child molesters were qualified under this because their perversion towards childred is seen as sexual orientation. One thing to keep in mind: The Scriptures only record Jesus's dealings with sinners who were repentant, or who were ready to repent, or who if unrepentant in their hearts were at least outwardly righteous in their public actions. There is not one single example of Jesus fellowshipping with or ministering to someone who was living in open, blatant sin, who was proud of it, and who refused to repent of it.

Another thing... I am evidently very politically incorrect... they are Homosexuals NOT gays. Call it what it is. Gay means-Happy. I worked with a "gay" guy about 30 years ago. He was out and out proud of it. I will never forget what he said. "You know how we (the Gays) are going to take over and have more rights than you do." We will do it through the SCHOOLS AND CHURCHES. I said that will never happen. I was wrong. They had this plan 30 years ago. They will not teach my grandchild that. I will be in the school every day.

I am a Jesus Freak so what surprises me even more is when Christian's don't read their Bibles at all. Scary movies are from hell, why a Christian would want to watch hell glorified is beyond me.. You know, I was out doing something I found meaningful the other day... I came across a gentlemen and we briefly chatted. He used to be a high school teacher--something he found purpose and meaning in doing--but he resigned his position. He quit on principle. The school in which he taught pushed the same kind of agenda that this school in Alameda is trying to push on Kindergartners. He described to me the aftermath... a bunch of confused teenagers who wore their bi-sexuality like clothes--as if it were a fashion accessory that came and went in or out of season. It wasn't about being homosexual or being straight... the lines were blurred between the two. Sexual orientation was all a fad. The most troubling was the ones who were most hurt by this confusion. This was evident by the suicide attempts--some successful, some not. In all good conscious, this man could not stay... so he took the bold move and resigned. I should say--that in a city with a 12% unemployment rate... that says a lot for this man.

Where does ANY government get off telling the church (ANY church) that they MUST accept gay and homosexual youth workers??????? This is looking for trouble not just having that sin in the church but it increases the chances of pedaphilia as well!!! (rant emoticon)

I can tell you, I had no Godly training on how to chose a husband and I don't think anyone else in my family did either. So, really, I chose my husband, I didn't wait for God to chose him for me. In a way, I think many women make their own choice thinking on their emotions instead of waiting on God. This is how they get "stuck" with the abuser.

Our son was in boy scouts for a little over one year.. During the second year, December rolled around and the parents starting planning a party.. We would exchange presents, eat good stuff and play games.. We offered to have the "Christmas party" at our house and provide all the food... The leader said it would have to be called a "Gift Exchange" and nothing more.. hmmm.. We argued that if it was to be at our house, it would be a Christmas Party.

The next day, an email was sent out and the "Gift Exchange" was to be held at the Leader's house. Our son decided to quit that night.. he didn't understand why it couldn't be called a "Christmas Party" ...he was 8 at the time. None of the boys in our troops came from non-christian families so it didn't make sense to us either.

Boy Scouts are supposed to open to ALL religions.. even Christianity. That was our argument to the Leader, but it fell on deaf ears. Two other boys dropped out also.

I think people are hurting and lonely because they need the Lord Jesus Christ in their lives, hearts, need to be born again. I don't think hugs or kisses are going to make it better. The Lord intended us to keep the huggin/kissing to our spouse. Hugs between women sure but men and women who ain't married should not be coppin a free feel (lets be honest here). This huggin campaign whatever it is - it's not aboat giving out hugs - it is about soliciting them. They are attempting to turn women into prostitutes who give it away for free. Just cause we want something does not mean it is right to have. Just because we wish we could touch everything we see does not mean that is what the Lord intended us to do, touch every piece of flesh we see whether it be a hug, smooch, whatever. Tvs gotta get turned off folks along with all the trash on the kiddie flicks.

The hateful emotion and blatant bigotry directed at those who believe in God's creation by those who cling to a worn-thin theory of Darwinism only reveal how weak their position is and how much even they sense this. True security in belief does not result in irrational words and deeds, such as those posted here and elsewhere by folks outraged that someone would dare to disagree with them. Their "science" is actually a religion.

If they had any real science to talk about, why are they not posting that? No one has adequately answered how the first protein formed out of inorganic matter - or how the inorganic matter originally emerged.

Genuine scientific inquiry is shut down by the same people who attack Christians for believing the evidence of creation revealing the truth of God's Word.

I wouldn't be moved a bit even if some alleged link were found. There were plenty of odd creatures destroyed in the Flood, which is referenced in ancient cultures around the world and by the oldest written communication: The Epic of Gilgamesh. The most unique aspect of humanity is the soul.

We lost America when all religions became equivalent to Christianity and the bible. When America was thought of as a Christian nation, no one disputed bibles in the classrooms, the courts, and anywhere else they were.

Maybe the Constitution should have stated that America was a Christian country and no other religion can be equal to it. That others had a right to practice what religion that they wanted to, but it was not to usurp the Christian teachings and the bible.

George Bush had bible quotes put on the front of his briefings from Iraq and now some Muslim said he is offended by those bible quotes and they must be removed.
