Doesn’t the bible indicate that if a woman’s shorts make you want to fornicate, it’s your sin and your problem, not hers? cut your eye out or your dick off sort of burden?

That’s certainly how the Calvinist interpretation of Total Depravity works. Only God can really be deemed innately virtuous; everything else (even cherubim, I expect) is a vice elemental unless controlled by God, which effectively still leaves him as the only virtuous actor around.
Never mind that particularly with Vincent Cheung-grade prelapsarians, I’m not sure how they parallel God and human thought. Although I swear Cheung himself thinks there isn’t really any such thing as flux (he says God doesn’t actually think…despite having a will he’d need thoughts to arrive at to begin with…as he’s already perfect, everything’s preordained from everlasting to everlasting…You see the problem, right?).

Simple: They say that anyone who claims that “nudist colonies” aren’t sex festivals are lying. Well, most of the time. I have seen someone say that “nudists being generally well-behaved is not a call for nudity, it is a call for modesty” - not an exact quote, it’s been a long time, but in context it was meant that everyone wearing simple, generic, fully-covering clothes at all times would eliminate sexual behavior. Which I doubt, it would probably just change what it looks like.
