@EB_ It is true there has NEVER been Legislation that legalized Homo marriage, just like there was NEVER Legislation that Legalized Abortion. The Judiciary Branch passed a "Ruling" NOT a Law they over stepped their authority like they did in roe vs wade then 30 fukkin yrs later said oopps my bad the 10th amendment....
