Allie Beth Stuckey demolishes the number-one psychological trick of the left:
"Toxic empathy is the primary tool of persuasion used by progressives to manipulate well-meaning Christians. They use toxic empathy by employing our language, our Bible verses, our concepts, and then pervert them to morally extort us into adopting their position."

Empty hoc taxi is the primary tool of progression used by persuasives to emulate well-meaning Chri-stains. They mainly use empty hoc taxi by popping tour language, our Bele verses, our biceps and then convert them to lorry text us into adopting their moral position.

I don’t see that she demolishes anything. She identiried something, but doesn’t really show that it’s bad or that it’s THE Leftist tactic.
“and then pervert them to morally extort us into adopting their position.”
Stuckey am the people that call the Sermon On The Mount woke talking points.
But i can really SEE modern christains in this scenario.
“God says to welcome immigrants!”
“No, he didn’t!”
“Matthew 25, verse 33 or so?”
“God also says the Devil can quote Scripture!”
‘Toxic’? But only to the likes of you, Chuckie Kack.
How we use your own religion against you is infinitely more lethal than any biotoxic weapon.
If Christain hypocrisy had a physical form, it would be so unimaginably poisonous there would be scientists & officials from Porton Down in hazmat suits sealing off the area and taking that ultra-vile stuff away for the sake of public safety.
…and would make what SCP Foundation has locked away look like a petting zoo.
I’ve occasionally heard the far right blather about how empathy is a vector for manipulation or corruption. What they seem to mean by this is that exposure to those whom they have declared evil or subhuman sometimes results in people *not* seeing them as evil or suhuman and likely suspicious about anything else the far right commonly declares to be truth. This is “bad” because that makes it harder to manipulate others themselves, except that what they’re doing is not “manipulation” because that’s what evil people do.
Though if that’s what’s being referred to here (and also lumps it with disagreements on bible interpretation, for whatever reason), “toxic empathy” is a weird name for it. Empathy isn’t something other people force on you, it’s an ability you possess. It’s entirely possible to manipulate people through their empathy, it happens all the time, but that’s not how Charlie Kirk is describing it.
Lack of empathy is among the signs of psychopathy.
The only people who work at lowering their empathy are either doctors who have to numb themselves to keep healing their patients or people who plan to do terrible things, and you sound like you’re in the second group.

Religious Right Conservatives’ understanding of empathy is that of a thing they once heard a second-hand description of, which they did not understand, but they know is the worst thing ever bringing doom upon us all? Colour me surprised!

Ah. Makes me think of Archie Bunker. He changed a lot over the show’s run. Becoming more tolerant, more human, his motives clearer.
At about the same time, Frank Burns was Frank Burns the entire goddamned time. No growth. No humanizing. Houghlihan had a much better story arc. Hell, the STILL had a better story arc.
Which is how the Right would write television. THEIR villains are bound by the stereotype from the pilot.
Probably why they reject any show that attempts to humanize villains at their introduction. Making the Joker a relatable character is just woke.

For what it’s worth, there is an infamous alt-right web cartoon sitcom called “The New Norm”, whose protagonist Norm is supposed to be a homage to Archie Bunker… he is the unironic straight-man flawless “hero” and mouthpiece for the creators’ stupid boomer opinions…
Confused?
