Think about what is on TV now versus when TV originally aired.
“When TV originally aired”?? Well, depending on how you define that, that could mean very very different things. I believe the first actual public broadcasts of TV intended for consumers would have been somewhere around the early 1930s? Though of course, just like with any other sort of thing like that, it didn’t really become a common thing that people had in their homes until a good while later. My parents were both born in the mid-50s and by that time, a TV set was at least a somewhat common thing for people to have. So, yeah, things that get aired over TV have changed since then. Imagine that!
The first kiss on TV.... remember that? I don't, cause I'm too young, but I know about it... it was a big deal..
I seriously want to know what the heck he’s talking about, because I tried to Google “first kiss on tv” and pretty much just came up with stuff about what the first interracial kiss on TV was. (there’s apparently some controversy as to whether it was Kirk and Uhura on Star Trek or not) But I’m thinking unless Steve here is REALLY old, he not only was “too young” to see the first kiss that ever aired on TV, he was “too not born yet!”
