Yes, he was sentenced to 2 years of supervised probation in October 2010. A quick glance at the calendar tells me that was 11 years ago, meaning his probation was vacated 9 years ago. And the definition of “exile” is to be sent away somewhere, like Napoleon to St. Helena. Americans are not “exiled” by American courts. Movement restrictions are normal for probation in any US state. This whole “exile” story is pure bullshit and should stop. FSTDT should seek objective truth and not try to out-do Q-Anon with fantasies.
By the way, he was initially charged with 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, but pleaded guilty to child abuse. My personal guess is that the plea was offered to him to avoid forcing the minor victim to testify. Sad, but it happens.
Since having his probation vacated he has travelled to Hawaii at least once and to the mainland US at least twice. Hardly “exile”.
From the dictionary: “noun: exile
the state of being barred from one's native country, typically for political or punitive reasons.”
DJS wasn’t sent to Guam by a US court as “exile”, he was already there and had normal travel restrictions during his probation. How is this “exile”?
