False premise, they don't.
Most doctors are afraid to read it.
And false premises lead to ignorance and conspiracy theories like this. No, they just don't care, because it's false, a long falsified hypothesis. They have work to do and appropriate resources and venues. A random crackpot's self-published propaganda book has no scientific value whatsoever. Said crackpot would publish in a reputable, relevant peer-reviewed journal otherwise. The same with your Twitter feed. Meanwhile, they're adapting vaccines to the next concerning virus or variant, because it is effective, practical science and much safer than the damage and cost of the diseases they target. The same reason chaos promoters fight public health management, it's part of the well-being of a society.
