The teacher in Texas who had to throw herself in front of her students because stupid cops wouldn’t come in the room - she is much better example of an American than those assholes. That was a sad and awful thing she had to do but also an exceptionally brave thing to do. She gave her life to protect children that weren’t hers.

The peaceful Constitutional transfer of power through the mandated legal procedure prescribed by our Founding Fathers despite the actions of a bunch of nihilistic terrorist thugs who tried to disrupt it, both inside and outside the halls of Congress, when the terrorists were thwarted thanks to the bravery of most of Congress and dedicated law enforcement officials doing their jobs?

It wasn't in my lifetime, but the thing I most respect Americans for was in WWII, helping us make sure we weren't invaded in the Pacific War. Thank you for your service.

Hello, I thought lunch mobs worked great anyway. Get together, eat, do some rabble rousing, get tired, go home. Then complain that an unsustained pretend attempt of a coup didn’t change anything, just got everyone else pissed at you because you tried a coup you didn’t have the energy to actually carry on.
