That’s a bunch of bullshit because they’ve been collecting their research from flawed sources that I’ve already been proven wrong
Like here one that the scientist and surgeons won’t tell anybody
Transgender surgeries have 100% failure rate

“Transgender surgeries have 100% failure rate”
I assume by ‘failure’ you mean ‘transgendered men are not really men’ or some such ‘argument by seizing the definitions’ bullshit?
The regret rate of transgender surgeries is about 1%.
The regret rate of having children is 7%.
Might have something to do with the two screening processes, extensive versus nonexistent.
But even if YOU consider my neighbor’s bottom surgery to be a ‘failure,’ she’s loving life in ways that she never could have before.
This reminds me of an article I saw many years ago, probably sometime before 2010. I don’t remember most of the details, or even where I saw it… but it was about the 3-D sandbox social MMO “Second Life” (which still exists), and it had a slightly negative slant to it. I mean my impression was that they were trying to go for a neutral tone but had a “people are using it as an escape from real life, and that’s not good” vibe. In particular I recall that the author referred to people who made a lot of real money, occasionally to the point of effectively being part-time or even full-time jobs, as being “failures”. Failures at what, I don’t think they said, but I suspect “real life”.
I suspect that there’s a similar thing going on here. “You have to meet my standards of success, or it’s a failure, no matter what your intentions are or how much you personally benefit”. If it’s not 100% indistinguishable both medically and genetically from someone born cishet, it doesn’t count. Except that’s never been the goal, and no one uses the impossible as a standard of success. Maybe it will be the goal for some trans people once it’s possible, but from what I’ve seen, the vast majority of transphobes don’t want it to be possible anyway. They’d just consider it a failure on a different level.

We could quite literally be using a “divine magical wand” that completely (physically, emotionally, genetically, etc.) changes someone’s sex and gender, utterly perfectly, and they’d still be screeching “NOT A ‘REAL’ WOMAN/MAN!!!”
You know with all these phobic fundies, I’m actually wondering. When you’d ask people “if you could be miserable as yourself or happy as the opposite sex/sexual orientation/skin color, which would you pick”, I’m curious to see how much of an overwhelming amount of phobic fundies would pick the first option.

They’d certainly pick the former out of fear of ensuring their own perdition otherwise. (Social-circular or theological? Yes.) In the end, they’re all about ensuring the “sanctity” of Fate—like what qualities God gave you, your immediate happiness be condemned. (Highwayman-El: “Your happiness or your soul!”)
That’s a lunch of shit bulb because they’ve been flawing their search from resources been collected that I’ve already pen overgrown.
Like one where that surgeon and the scientists don’t tell any boy.
Transgender surgeries have 100% tail fur era.
Confused?
