This is actually pretty common. There are several famous lines that are never said in the movie/TV show they go with. Kirk never said “Beam me up, Scotty.” Mr T never said “I pity the fool!” in an episode of the A-Team. The line “We’re going to need a bigger boat.” is never said in Jaws. Most of these sorts of things are misquotes. Like the Lucy one, which several variations of are used but that specific line isn’t. It’s just the weirdness of the Mandela people that they would rather think the universe is changing around them then they misremembered something.

Hillary’s case was eventually dropped because it wasn’t clear what she could be charged with. Her groups handling of classified documents on the group email server was bad but not clearly illegal. The law was changed afterwards to make it clearly illegal.
The questions in the Trump case are not if the documents are illegal but how clearly Trump was behind ordering them moved and hiding them in Mar-a-Lago.
Both Trump and Hillary have gotten favorable treatment from the DOJ. Common people like us would be arguing either case from jail.

He actually has a point about Russia just taking the Donbass region leading to an extended war. After previous territorial loses Ukraine probably wouldn’t just surrender Donbass. But that also obviously wasn’t the goal of the attack. The initial invasion included the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv. Donbass was just a propaganda point for Putin.
The information about the current state of the war is just silly bad. Russian forces tried to retreat and took heavy loses, along with numerous troops just fleeing or surrendering entirely. Much of the advanced weaponry used by Ukraine comes from NATO but little of the ground troops.
