1) Weak-minded idiots who believe the lies will cause a terrible disaster killing many people, Gentile and Jewish alike.

2) The government will crack down on antisemites with full public support (but far too late).

3) The ringleaders of hate will call the disaster a "false flag" and blame the Jews, denying all responsibility for stirring up antisemitic sentiment.

4) The GOP will pontificate about the sacred First Amendment and resist any legislation to control hate speech.

The disabled are citizens who are entitled to support from their country by right of citizenship.

We also spend money on "people with disabilities" because (a) we understand that it could happen to any of us, and (b) it could happen to people we love.

Of course, that assumes these types are capable of human feelings.

There is no cure for polio.

Once you contract it, the only question is how severe the damage will be, whether you wind up with a limp or spend the rest of your life on a ventilator. Or die.

The ONLY reason people might think polio has been cured is because of the tremendous success of the polio vaccination program.

And as I've noted before, many types of cancers are now considered treatable instead of automatically fatal if they're detected early enough .
