This particular post may or may not exactly be it, but considering all the society division trolling recently, this can plausibly be part of a "sex wars" promotion campaign, extremist groups are known to promote and facilitate violence, including targetting women for radicalization and recruitment. In the case of QAnon, there's "pastel QAnon", why wouldn't there be the equivalent of incellism radicalization for "feminists"?
Women are still a more vulnerable group, so may be the most disadvantaged when random domestic violence increases, still advancing patriarchy as a result. Afterall, not so long ago, and it may still happen in some demographics, women were institutionalized for made up syndromes like "hysteria" and many may actually have been domestic abuse victims when it wasn't an actual psychiatric disorder.
Reaction to abuse, especially if drastic, disadvantages the victim in such a scenario, especially in circles normalizing victim blaming and subjugating women, treating them like children and property. This kind of fake "feminism" cannot be an answer to anything.
As some noted already, this isn't even a plausible legal proposition, just a misandrist savagery call. Then if it was, it would still be unacceptable because like the death penalty, many have been unjustly sentenced and it is irreversible. And just like women are a more vulnerable group, so are minorities, against which frivolous injustice is likely. In a regime practicing such, there are legitimate reasons to fight the system, when justice is abusive, it becomes less legitimate. Distrust of justice also increases vigilantism, which this post also appears to promote.
