There were roughly 200-300 Generals and Admirals which guided thousands of Military personnel in support of The Plan.
I am by no means a military analyst hat strikes me as an excessive ratio of command to personnel. Indeed, if we take “thousands” to imply less than ten thousand, that would at best be 30 to 50 soldiers per general or admiral.
According to some quick research, the US Military has about nine hundred active flag officers (aka generals/admirals sensu latu), forty-four of which are generals/admirals sensu strictu (four star, simply “General/Admiral”, highest rank), for over 1.3 million service members, whereas the Bundeswehr has 214 flag officers, three of which G/A s.s., for around 190 to 180 thousand members. So, that*s roughly 850 personnel per flag officer and 60 thousand per G/A s.s. in Germany and 1.5 thousand per flag officer and thirty thousand per G/A s.s. in the USA. So, at the very, very best, the numbers are off by a factor of 17. By the way, both militaries have been accused of having a bloated cadre of flag officers.
Granted, I assume those are supposed to be sensitive covert operations requiring little man-power in favour of small teams of specialists with tight operational security… but even then, I’m pretty sure not to the degree necessary for the numbers to make sense (and also, once again, brings up the question why they’re letting so many crackpots spread this extremely secret information to a public that surely has no business knowing…).
You know, I highly doubt that whoever came up with those numbers has done even as much as the few minutes of research I have done on the topic.
