Congratu-effin-lations! See, my sister LOVES playing The Sims (mostly building houses over commanding families) since as long as she has “gamed”. She’s very creative with her builds, and The Sims is an actual unmoderated single player game. She’s also cis, straight, and tbh more successful in life than even I am. She’s also an aspiring filmmaker and screenwriter. My point being that nurturing creativity (wether RL or games) in no way harms people regardless of “turning” them trans or not.

As for me, I love RPGs (amongst others). I’ve roleplayed as straight male characters (Dragon Age Origins), or as lesbian females (Mass Effect Legendary Edition) or even some others. I’ve roleplayed as extraverted social expert pacifists or as “shoot first questions never”. Haven’t roleplayed as psycho’s who shoot civilians though, as that’s just not how I roll. But that’s all just what it remains as, roleplaying. Never have I thought I actually was the characters I pretended to be in the games.

Also, my cis cousin does play minecraft and he’s also doing pretty well for himself…

31 years old myself. While “pretty happy” is a bit of a strong term, I would still say I’m content with my (autistic) life currently(*). And in the end, isn’t that what matters more?
