"The two are totally different, people believe in Jesus because 1) He really did exist”
So did the military airlift flights.
“ 2) His words, His teachings were/ are real - we have them in the Bible”
Well, we have anonymous accounts that were written down 60 or more years after the fact (if it was a fact) that SAY he said words, but they don’t all agree.
And the largess of the cargo flights was real.
“3) He really performed many miracles”
Kinda sketchy, though. He’d say he was going to do a thing, the apostles said it was impossible, he’d do it, they said that proved he was the messiah… But the next day, in the next town, he’d say he was going to do a thig, the apostles went through the whole thing all over again.
In the real world, people start catching on a lot faster.
The cargo flights came RIGHT OUT OF TEH SKY and did shit.
“4) He really did rise again after He was executed and was seen & witnessed by 500 people after His death”
We don’t have 500 accounts of him being seen post-mortem. So the ‘500’ is just another claim that we don’t have corroboration of.
But the whole tribe will attest to the cargo flights landing.
“5) He really was/is the Son of God.”
The planes were real.
