Yeah, thumpers love to hover like vultures, and any calamity draws their piety. “That happened because GOD doesn’t like (fill in the blank)!!” Abortion, liquor, homosexuals, no fault divorce, whatever gets them hard.

So, there are three parts to the Constitution.
The original document.
The ratified Amendments.
The SCOTUS decisions.
It became a constitutional right when the Court said that it was and spelled it out.
