Who is Harrison J. Bounel? According to the 2009 tax return submitted by President Barack Obama, he’s the President of the United States. All nine U.S. Supreme Court Justices are scheduled to discuss this anomaly today.
The case in question is Edward Noonan, et al v. Deborah Bowen, California Secretary of State, and the Justices are finally looking at it thanks to the dogged determination of Orly Taitz. The case calls into question many of the documents Obama (Bounel, Soetoro, Soebarkah, etc.) has used and/or released as authentic since he came on the national scene. The case contends that the documents — birth certificate, Social Security number, Selective Service registration, etc. — are fakes or forgeries. If that’s the case, Obama should not have been on the California ballot in 2008 and, therefore, should not have received the State’s electoral votes.
Four of the nine Justices must vote to move the case forward. We’ll see.
Meantime, on Feb. 4, Kathleen O’Leary, presiding judge of the 4th District Court of Appeal, reinstated the appeal of Taitz v. Obama et al filed by Taitz when she ran for Senate. That case involves evidence of 1.5 million invalid voter registrations in the State of California. The appeal also involves Obama’s lack of legitimacy to hold the office of President based on his forged IDs, stolen Connecticut Social Security number, the fact the last name he’s using is not legally his and his fraudulent claim to be the U.S. citizen.
Evidence in the case includes:
A certified copy of the passport records of Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, showing her son’s legal last name to be Soebarkah, not Obama.
Obama’s school records from Indonesia, showing his citizenship to be Indonesian.
Sworn affidavits of top law enforcement experts and investigators, showing Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service certificate are forgeries and that the Social Security number used by Obama on his 2009 tax returns as posted on WhiteHouse.gov was fraudulent. (The SSN failed when checked through both E-Verify and the Social Security Number Verification Service.)
On another legal front, Obama defaulted in the case of Grinols et al v. Obama et al on Jan. 30 when he failed to file a response within 21 days of being served notice of the suit. This case also involves Obama’s phony SSN.

Recently obtained results of the 1940 census, Exhibit 2, provided the last missing link, link (sic) between Harry J. Bounel and the date of birth of 1890. Exhibit 2 shows the printout of the U.S. census, showing Harry J Bounel, immigrant from Russia, residing at 915 Daly Ave, Bronx, NY, age 50 during the 1940 census, meaning he was born in 1890, as shown in the affidavit of Investigators Daniels and Sankey.
There is a pattern of Obstruction of Justice and tampering with the official records and falsification/forgery of the official records related to Obama. This happens in particular when [George W.] Bush employees leave their positions and are replaced by Obama appointees.
Taitz has asked for expedited default judgment and post judgment discovery in this case out of fear that any records on hand at the Social Security office will be destroyed when George W. What you are describing is natural selection, a generational form of adaptation.
If I work out passionately with heavy weights I can metamorphose to something in a category more akin to a Mr. Universe.
If I equip a room with heavy weight lifting equipment and teach weight lifting then I am a progenitor of buff persons, a form of natural selection because they came to me of their own will influenced by external causes such as primitive urges to mate with stronger partners (from the physical perspective). But still they are humans.

Evolution is not, has never been and will never be proven. The maximum likelihood statistical estimates used to posit evolutionary trees based on any number of observances such as genetic variation or single nucleotide polymorphisms DO NOT ADD UP to any form of proof that God never existed, that Adam was a fable, the flood never occurred or that Christ never conquered death. In fact one could say or think that Christ’s resurrection is a metamorphosis of earthly spiritual death back to spiritual immortality. And if you think things of the ‘spirit’ do not exist, you are blind. Within humanity it is all around you. Spirit and soul are just as tangible as flesh and blood, and are manifested in Good and Evil.
So yes we can go into the lab and perform genetic crossovers or gene knockout/insertion experiments and watch yeast or whatever model transform itself into more adaptable organisms of the same type. We have proved nothing in regards to God except that by concluding from such experiments that God does not exist we merely prove ourselves to be spiritual retards.

Creationism is a tenet of Christianity; the most important tenet; That the Judeo-Christian God is the Creator of the Universe, and of Mankind. Actually, Hitler strongly believed in evolution and that since in evolution some are perforce more evolved than others, equality of the races is illogical ....which squares entirely with Darwin's evolutionary ideas.

What I find troubling is that this student activist [Zack Kopplin] claims to be a champion of science yet makes very unscientific claims such the one where he suggests that if a child is not taught a strict narrow secular/atheist form of evolution in a public school they will not be able to operate as a research scientist or save wetlands. It is not only unscientific but patently untrue. The bulk of the scienitists that produced our modern world of science and medicine were believers in creation even if they all weren’t creationists in the very narrow interpretation that the scientific left wish to lump all creationists into which is the “young earth” creationists.
The truth is I don’t much care but I will err on the side of freedom. If public funds can be used to promote a liberal political agenda in schools let us have an open playing field. Kids will grow up and what they learn or do not learn about evolution or any number of other topics will not prevent them from achieving success if they are worthy of it. Given the amount of crap that passes for science and education in public schools and I’m intimately familiar because I did attend them I don’t believe allowing public funds to teach kids in ways approved by their parents is a threat at all. Well one thing this kid needs to learn is it is the THEORY of evolution - not LAW; so don't act like there is nothing to challenge evolution. Can there not be another "theory?"
The fossil record doesn't support half the nonsense evolutionists come up with, no one has ever proven a Big Bang, and I don't see any dogs with gills, or talking fish - their fossils seem to have disappeared too.
And strangely enough animals seem to decide to wallow over to one area and die in large groups so their fossils can be found together. Fossilized trees have been found that extend through multiple layers of sediment - you know that stuff that take millions of years to deposit, because trees can grow with fossilized roots, because they evolved that way.
And clams at one time had legs, but evolution said they didn't need them which is why seashells are found near the top of Mt. Everest - definitely a more plausible story than a catastrophic event such as a flood of Noah's Ark proportions.
