Nothing to do with the Biden administration. Disinformation suggesting that the DOJ is a tool of the president, even though Trump falsely claims that, because he would like the DOJ to be under his personal dictatorship, other than for justice obstruction when he faces it. Denial of the fact that murder is a crime. Promotion of false invasion conspiracy theories for fear and hate.
And I suppose that Twitter is now happy with the promotion of such disinformation and calls to domestic terrorism and murder?

Not the “Biden Administration” but the Constition: Tennessee v. Garner bans the systematic use of lethal force even against fleeing felons if they themselves don’t use deadly force against civilians and the police.
Some months ago, I wrote that the use of “invasion” to describe migrants evoke war and the allowed use of deadly force against invading foreigners; I just hoped that open advocacy of the use of deadly force against illegal migrants would be in a few years, not in 2024.

In my thinking, the statement is designed to convey two things: 1) that he and his administration are tough guy, John Wayne types. They’ve been feeling weak ever since Beto rightly called them weak for their whining and excuse making and “poor us” attitude after Uvalde. So they gotta make sure they say stupid, irresponsible things to make themselves feel better. And 2) he wants to convey to white Texas gun owners who feel “oppressed” by the Biden administration that he agrees. The mean, tyrannical Biden administration won’t let them kill black and brown people illegals willy-nilly, and to him and his cohort not being able to kill whoever you want (as long as they’re not straight cis white Christian neurotypical men) absolutely is oppression.
Murder is a serious crime, in any civilised nation, which carries life (means life) sentences. You would be better to blame Hammurabi rather than the Biden Administration for this.
