Hey, guess what! He still got to be a Supreme Court justice! And he likely did it, there were a number of other accusations that didn’t see the light of day. Oh yeah, and he’s still alive, unlike at least one of the Groveland 4. Also, what happened to the Groveland 4 is not the same situation! They were accused of raping a white woman and beating her husband severely. One of them, Ernest Thomas, was killed by police because he tried to evade them, one, Charles Greenlee, was sentenced to life in prison, and two, Samuel Shepherd and Walter Irvin, got death penalties. Shepherd was shot and killed by a guard. They were all eventually exonerated but 2 of them were already dead at that point so it was too little, too late like it usually is in those situations. So yeah, if you want to show how differently black people are treated than white people, this is a perfect case! It’s just not showing what you want it to show!
Being given a hard time on TV sucks to go through, not that I feel any sympathy for Kavanaugh. Being sexually assaulted or being dead both suck a lot more.
