How odd. As a child, I had the distinct impression that girls were favored over boys. Girls got positive feedback from teachers while boys were constantly scolded to behave, that sort of thing. And boys were expected to be tough if they got hurt, while girls got sympathy.

But I really doubt if there are many "pro-trans" parents out there raising their children as the opposite gender. This sounds like Elite Gender Inversion conspiracy theory.

The only reason I can imagine for female "handmaids" changing their minds and joining the TERF movement would be if transgenderism was proven false and completely discredited.

But as time goes on and medical experts continue researching transgenderism, evidence is growing that it is a valid psychological issue deserving compassionate medical treatment. I personally find transgender testimonies far more convincing than transphobic scaremongering. And as transfolk go about their lives, the public will hopefully realize that they're just people, not bullying rapists or confused victims.

But bigots need victims, so I don't expect transphobes to let go of their hate anytime soon. We just have to ~~carry on without them~~ push firmly past them.

I've been vaccinated at pharmacies, doctors' offices, public clinics, and embassies. My mother had to update her smallpox vaccine when she took a trip to the Peruvian jungle in '69. Everybody was required to get the polio vaccine during the Trinidadian epidemic--regardless of their vaccine history. And the police were out checking vaxx cards in public.

I can only imagine the sheer outrage of our grandparents at the anti-vaxx attitudes today. One of our greatest public health successes, and malicious idiots want to throw it away.
