I went to the ER in May 2021 with a terrible cough, scared to death, but when I asked, "Is it Covid?" I was told, "No. You have double pneumonia."
I said, "Oh, thank God," (because pneumonia is treatable) and the 2 doctors interviewing me laughed and said, "Yeah, we're hearing that a lot."
Still spent 2 nights in hospital while they got my blood oxygen levels up from the 80s. I've never been so glad I don't smoke.
