In any area of creativity, there will be people who have strong outspoken political views, and there will be plenty of people who lack actual talent. A certain portion of the politically outspoken artists will not actually be particular sophisticated in their views, and a good percentage of the untalented will be painfully unaware. And of course, the overlap between these groups, who lack insight in both areas, will be considerable. So really, the existence of left-leaning untalented circlejerks on the Internet is not that remarkable as you seem to think. Also, there are plenty of right-wing untalented circlejerks, e.g. Colonel-Knight-Rider’s clique. If “social justice warriors” really are overrepresented among internet amateur creatives, I’m pretty sure that’s more due to the right-wing mindset generally not really going all that well together with artistic inclination in the first place with its conformism and anti-intellectualism.

There were two studies done in 1978 and 1982 were average looking men and women asked opposite sex strangers if they wanted to have sex. The results showed that 0% of women agreed to have sex, while about 70% of men agreed to have sex. Then in 2015 there was a social experiment done were an attractive woman asked 100 guys for sex, but this time only 30% of the men agreed to have sex with her. I can't definitively say what caused this disparity, but now I think feminism may actually be a very plausible explanation. I think a lot more men now feel like their sexual attention is unwanted,and as a result they may be more likely to think that a woman coming up to them,and asking for sex is a scam, or a setup and will decline the offer. That's just my guess

Just projecting my own attitudes here without having read any of these studies (mind you, you provided no information that would allow me to track them down if I cared to) with no intent to do any follow-up research on this, which I am pretty sure is exactly the process you used to generate your hypothesis as well. Mind you, those two answers are by no means mutually exclusive, nor do they exclude other potential factors such as increased awareness of STDs (since 1978-1982 would be when Syphilis had already been treatable for a good while, but at the very beginning of AIDS being discovered).

I’ve even seen video of police who supposedly have strict gun training prioritize reloading their guns and firing without a clearly identified target over tackling an assailant who had managed to knock down and climb on top of their partner. The video I’m thinking of specifically involves a masked attacker leaping out of a car with a family - including children - in the back seat and opening fire when an officer asked the kids to step out of the vehicle. Note that police were firing at the car after taking cover without knowing or caring if the family, who could well have been carjacked hostages, had cleared out. And that while police broke sight to take cover the man with the gun circled around. They were shooting wildly at nothing. It could have been a massacre had the unarmed people not fled when the shooting started.
When the officer reloading his pistol instead of aiding his pinned partner less than a meter in front of him making a swift kick in the face the fastest and safest possible option finally got more bullets in his gun he shot the attacker twice, then after a moment of deliberation after his partner stood back up, emptied his pistol into the dead body out of simple anger. That is not how police should act. This is not how anyone who carries a firearm should act.

But even if that weren't the case - do you really believe that a man wouldnt undergo transition just to have access to vulnerable women? Men go through years of med school to become gynecologists/doctors and abuse women. Men go through the entire process of becoming teachers and professors to be in positions of power over women and girls. They become fucking PRIESTS just to abuse children for christ's sakes.

I am pretty sure that, even where praying on your clients was part of the plan all along, more general benefits like prestige, authority and control over other people plays a role in the decision as well. And with Catholic priests in particular, it means that no one will question your status as a confirmed bachelor - to certain people, including predators who do not want to put up with having a woman or children around in everyday life and living a double life even in private, celebacy is not a sacrifice - it is a boon.

Also, you know that there are plenty of cases where nuns and female teachers have abused their charges, including sexually, right?

I’m pretty sure that there are many female celebrities with documented pregnancies, so that would be a considerable chunk of “[l]iterally every single Hollywood actor, actress or musician” who is confirmed cis (or at worst non-binary but still mostly tending towards their sex).

Of course, the way “transvestigation” is done is to look for minor details that the transvestigator thinks looks insufficiently feminine/masculine, I presume based on Chinese Whispers on the finer details of human sexual dimorphism (e.g. a crime show talking about identifying a skeleton’s sex), no matter how well the entire rest of the body fits the gender. I have even seen a pair of posts on r/transvestigation claiming that the bulging pectoral muscles of a Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime posing in nothing but his undies are actually breasts. And of course, they never take things like perspective or posture making proportions look differently or a photo being a still image taken out of motion during which “revealing” folds may occur for a moment into account.
Of course, that poses a few questions:
- Would they still judge the individuals they identify as trans if they were viewing that same photo if it was presented as a photo of a person of the opposite sex?
- How well would they fare in a test where they are shown compilation of people of a gender and told to find the one who is trans (possibly including playthroughs where actually more than one is trans or where actually all of them are cis)?
- Would they be able to provide a photo of a person who is unambigiously cis by transvestigation standards?

There is no such thing as an "absence of belief" because without belief in "something else," as you put it, you would simply cease to exist. Humans are by dint of what we might call sentience (an awareness of our own existence and the interactions that we, as individuals, have with the outer world, by whatever physical or metaphysical definitions you "believe" in) creatures that depend on belief.
You might not believe in things that you cannot rationalize, observe, or measure, preferring to reject religious approaches to understanding things that science does not currently or cannot explain, but to rely purely upon the rational, observable, and measurable is no less a belief in something than a religious person believes in a spiritual component to existence.
Too many atheists take the simplistic inference that a rejection of the supernatural, divine, or religion absolves them of notions such as belief or faith, but the human experience is dependent upon both belief and faith, as without them we cannot have any meaningful interactions with the outside world or relationships with other beings within that world.

I just can’t wrap around that common argunment. Of course, we are fallible mortal creatures with a very limited perspective and very flawed reasoning, and thus, our knowledge is not absolute truth. But it is absurd to me to conclude that this mean that a sophisticated self-correcting work-in-progress from-the-ground-up reconstruction of objective reality and the laws that govern it that actively tries to mitigate these flaws in reasoning is equivalent, no better than, indeed, inferior to, blindly accepting one particular set of ancient “revelation” out of so many. Especially when a plain literal reading of this “revelation” is supposed to trump a plentitude of solid reasoning from pretty much every line of inquiry, including the study of the scripture itself with its complex history of origin, various agendas among which “description of reality in a scientific sense” quite clearly never was and internal inconsistencies, as well as all the many, many different interpretations people have come up with from this one book, using an anthology so voluminous and self-contradictory and a perspective so ignorant of its historical context that ultimately, it more than anything serves as a projection screen for the believer’s own established beliefs.
