It reminds me of Megyn Kelly at CPAC saying that not converting to nazism and denouncing it instead, is dangerous and the direct cause of nazi abuses. This can be described as a threat, hoping to have a chilling effect. The same old "it's because of Jews", or "because of left wing people and woke ideas". The latter actually universally known to be normal steps on the road to peace and safety. Unlike revolutionary fascism and its hypocritical tension embracing doctrines to instil panic, with wannabe-dictators hoping to be called for by the desperate, while they basically keep the population hostage. When it worked, history shows the crimes against humanity they also committed. And the fact that their false gods couldn't protect them when they ultimately fell.

So maybe it's because Wasp is inbred to a point where he has inferior genetics, causing him to infer by psychological projection that it's also what happens to other people. Putting aside the ironic joke, it's likely more the voluntary reappropriation of scientific knowledge that discredits what the poster admits is pseudoscience. For instance, to deny the fact that genetic diversity promotes a healthy population. And throw in generalizations including cultural aesthetics that the poster, apparently too isolated to understand, feels like whining about. And of course, deny the effects of systemic racism and its consequences, that do have a health impact. Afterall, this is the promotion of racism and immigration and mixing fear mongering.

Multiple universes may make sense if they vary allowing some to have the components for the eventual development of life, which would have happened with ours. It also echos discoveries at other scales in our own universe, when we realized for instance that there are many suns in our own galaxy, that there then are many galaxies and clusters of them. So why not many universes. It's still hypothetical and there are plenty of "multiverse"s some actually doctrines more than science, others even part of conspiracy theories, similar to universe simulation ideas.

What I perceive here is a need to justify the fact that despite things normally having originating causes (sentient or not), to be perceived as superior and all-powerful, humans tend to imagine their gods to be outside the constraints of physics and causality. Afterall, it's an argument for the supernatural, afterlife fantasies, etc. So logically one may ask: but what/who created your deity? In polytheism, one might have a family tree to go through until the paradox is reached. In reality, humans created it, but to deny that and claim the reverse (i.e. "in the image of God", to deny "human anthropomorphic deity"), more metaphysical arguments are needed, so there's a tradition of such.

Especially when it cannot cover all situations, or turns out to contain errors, exposing its own failures. The same reason there are so many religions and law codes. And the same reason humans developed science. Besides, those particular commandments were adapted from a few older ones and were from a particular human tradition. You likely wouldn't want to also adopt the savagery of the Deuterononic code, or of older similar ones that influenced it, like that of Hammurabi. The statement appears to advocate forcing the conversion or elimination of whoever you consider heretic. According to your own version of whatever Abrahamic tradition you are advocating for. The same attitude that actually promotes and justifies conflicts and theocratic totalitarianism, etc. Nobody expects the inquisition...

It's called resuscitation, but of course, when it fails, it's too late. :) And when it works, it's not because of a soul that came back, but because the person (body) wasn't really dead, or irreversibly unconscious. You may call consciousness "soul" by metaphor, but there's no actual evidence for the existence of spirits outside of brains. Even some theologians interpret the Biblical concept of "soul" to simply mean "being".

But this recalls to the fact that the human ability to imagine, and the fear of death, are a main cause of religiosity. There are stories of miracles in tradition, but no evidence of miracles in reality. Using an old story as an argument, assuming that it must really have happened, is fallacious. So is claiming that the old story must be true because another verse in another book also accumulated in the canon says that all scripture is inspired. You're arguing against the ability of current science to resurect, but it actually saves many lives in situations where it was not previously possible and to someone from the middle ages or earlier, this could appear like a miracle. At the same time, you cannot provide evidence of miraculous resuscitation using better means. Which is hypocritical.

If there wasn't a soul, then why can't they bring back that force of life?

This really means: I assert that a soul independent from the body exists and from that flawed premise, therefore assume that the only possible reason of death would be the soul leaving it. Without being able to show evidence of souls, anywhere, or at their claimed destination. On the other hand, the physical process of death and decomposition can be observed. We can even reliably infer that if permitted to, other life may feed on it. But we can only imagine souls and recite traditions about them.

While modern new religious movements appeared, some of the concepts go way back. Druids and animism existed in prehistory. Christianity is relatively recent, actually, derived from older Abrahamic and Judaic traditions, that were themselves newer than polytheistic semitic traditions, which is more recent than druidism, animism, fertility cults, etc. You need an actual history book, not bullshit for church or homeschooling. This is like a belief in destiny, mixed with a distortion of the Buddhist or Hindu concept, like Moksha or escaping the wheel of Samsara to reach Nirvana, etc. The avoidance of karma accumulation and the ideal of trying to purge some of it with certain observances and meditation. A-priori assumption without evidence and self contradictions. But the Biblical tradition also has plenty of contradictions itself.

You say that things cannot exist if they're not one of "God's qualities". You then add an exception. You then argue that it's because it would supposedly be justified violence. But no, humans who kill because of hate and taboos, even when citing older human scriptures to justify it and claiming that they have a divine origin, it doesn't make them right or ethical, or non-violent. You end with a concept similar to the demiurge, where humans are just the toys and victims of a bored child of some sort who denies or enjoys when the toys actually suffer. This makes it a "god" not worth serving, even unworthy of respect. There would only remain fear, still requiring strange justifications to maintain. If everything happens because of god, it makes more sense if it's an impersonal force than a person. From that conclusion, the idea of gods can be eliminated in favor of completely natural, impersonal processes, instead of intangible "esoteric energy"... Especially if you can detect the actual things and processes, versus the complete lack of evidence for a non-physical world or beings, concepts that are also properly explained by human fantasy and traditions.

Unless it's a trick like someone hidden speaking close enough or transmitting their voice close enough using psysical means, it would need something sentient or a recording written by such, and a system that can transmit vibrations into its wood, meaning that something physical and external to the plant is necessary. If the argument is that the plant should speak for a divine entity, it presupposes that such claimed non-physical entity can still physically manifest in some way, magic. It comes back to the original miracle argument, that doesn't need extra self-defeating modern pseudoscientific apologetics. Except to try to promote that idea, despite the lack of evidence of divine intervention in the world, plus all the strong evidence supporting the fact that human imagination and traditions invent and vehiculate these ideas by themselves. Wood is pretty well understood and there is no reason to believe that it could have sentience, a nervous system or vocal system. If you "hear their voices", it's for psychotropic or psychiatric reasons...

Atheism doesn't need to mean naive physicalism where the only information available comes directly from the bodily senses. Science keeps developing new enhanced senses to probe reality. There also are hard sciences like physics that allow to make strong inferences like the big bang and how it happened. Also see anthropic principle. It's tentative because we cannot detect other universes and may never be able to, but there's also the hypothesis that many universes may have formed and that some happen to be able to create enough matter in a state that may eventually allow the emergence of life. Finally, your arguments really rest on the false premises on an old human tradition, before humans discovered much about the natural world. With a new revived fundamentalist tradition of maintenance of ignorance and reality denial. Many religious people and Christians have moved past that point and accept the facts of evolution, abiogenesis and of the big bang. This means that it's not even an atheist vs religious matter, except for the fact that some specific fundamentalist religious traditions are notorious for also fighting against the world and reality.

There is a teleological argument, desiring to see purpose and make attributions. False causal attributions are common and science includes processes to mitigate this. We depend and like nature because we come from it. It does not mean that nature was created for that purpose. Straw men of science are constructed, like based on the false premise that science claims that everything originated by chance alone. Creationists commonly say that and it's ignorant. Science attempts to understand how it happens and discovered natural processes at work that explain life diversity. That said, I suspect that to the average Conservapedian, this all sounds too complicated. But who knows, it's never too late, I used to be a creationist. I was raised in a context of reinforced ignorance. Read a work on criticial thinking skills basics, then a normal college level biology textbook, like Campbells (not a misleading booklet for church or homeschooling produced by an organization, or a fake resource like Conservapedia, with the intent to mislead). Perhaps that you'll recover your mind that was stolen from you.
