I’d love to hear explanations of how gravitational lensing works without involving the conclusions made by relativity…
Because in very simple terms, the main thing in relativity that “proved classical physics was wrong” (it didn’t, but whatever) was the idea that time itself could be affected by gravity, and thus light could be too. So to prove that it’s a bunch of BS, you’d have to prove that time is NOT affected by gravity… And bad news, we have LOTS of evidence now that it is. FFS, time on the ISS passes differently than time on the surface, and we KNOW this… And relativity predicts this.
