This is. I mean, I am a cisman with above-average testosterone levels. And even I’d say “FUCK YOU!!!”. You’re only hurting decent men by shaming them into keeping all their mental health struggles bottled up. And yeah, I have mental health struggles, and I’m not too ashamed to admit it. I have a depression with the occasional suicidal thoughts, social anxiety, am borderline-neurotic, have severe self-confidence issues, walk around almost every day mentally exhausted, and several other things. And if I never admitted to any of them, I wouldn’t remotely have gotten the help I needed to make life liveable to this day.
And thanks to said help, I also learned to better myself. For the last 10+ years I’ve repeatedly tried to push the boundaries of my comfort zone even when I didn’t feel like it. And when I look back on where I was 10+ years ago, I can see I’ve made a lot of progress.

Admitting to needing help is NOT weakness, far from it. After all, how else are you ever going to strengthen yourself?

So, yeah, men (wether cis, trans, or anything in-between), don’t listen to this Asshole. Struggling with life is normal (especially when douches like the OP are in charge…). And there is no shame in just asking for help. After all, as my father sometimes says “You already have a ‘no’, you can still get a ‘yes’.”

And to be clear, yes, I admit I had trouble fitting in at school due to being neurodivergent. I was bullied a LOT by both other children and teachers alike (mostly verbally). Especially before I was diagnosed. Some of those c*nt teachers sadly still live rent-free in my head after all these decades. Some of those assholes called me “stupid” to my face because I simply wasn’t on the same wavelength as them. Others said my bullying was my own fault because I just had to be different. And some screamed at me for being an “intolerant” child because I happened to prefer order on my desk instead of conforming to the chaos of my peers.

But despite that several of the more decent teachers (who I still respect greatly) and even the rest of the faculty actually found me a much more compliant and well-behaved child than the rest of my class tended to be, because I was overall quiet and polite and tidy.
