It's a common enough tactic that I've run into three variations on X in my years, and yes, one was you must be transphobic if.

There's a gendered bimodal distribution of characteristics both physical and psychological, but any trait you define as male/female is going to have female/male people it fits. The differences are averages, not so much individual, and how much of that's biology rather than sociology is anyone's guess.

That said, someone wants to live as a woman or a man, who cares what chromosomes/external genitals they've got?

Oh, hell, this is more likely suicidal ideation than a troll. Poor kid. I'm built more like a slightly exercise-adverse guy than the average woman (5′10″ 175lbs at my fighting weight), and as far as I know I'm XX. There's a lot of diversity in cis than TERFs and this kid think.
