I just had the person closest to me say that my interest in the rapture and end times is cult-like and that things are happening at the same rate as they always have (earthquakes, flooding, wild weather, fires, etc.). It hurt but I guess I am supposed to be happy when perscuted for Christ.

My daughter had me in tears yesterday and I had her in tears. We are in the middle of a storm. I have been praying but feel like nothing is happening. I don't know what to expect daily. I've changed so much (for the better) and it's like the enemy is using her, she's a weak link in my life who doesn't read her Bible, pray? I don't know and barely pays attention in church, but he's using her to twist a knife in my chest. Let me tell you something:
Most any man that has ever been involved-with, or stepped-into that world for a time, is aware of a world mostly made up of men dieing & wasting away in STD diseases, alchohol, drugs, filthy conversations, drunkenness, immorality, open relationships cloaked by "gay marriage", emotional brokenness, wounded & jaded spirits, & even sometimes erruptive violence.
If you just peer at a gay rights parade -- drag queens, men dancing wearing hardly underwear, hairy men in sparkly dresses, ect -- you cannot help but be startled at what you're actually watching, and wondering what they are trying to represent.
If you hear most young men's testimonies who fall into that world, most of them don't avoid brushing with the drugs & alchohol & clubs (not to mention the immorality), and are taken on a downward spiral fast. Most of them look unhealthy & aged by the age 25. A lot of them have to rent apartments without a background/rental check. Most of them don't own their own home still in their 30's, while most of their heteorsexual classmates from HS are married by that time, own a home, and have 2-3 kids.
So, a group of activist people, who back that kind of startling world, and have no confrontation towards it but condoms and STD facts, who disregard solid, respectable moral principles & laws (the Ten Commandments), who instead create their own moral code to suit their own personal whims, now feel they have the right to step on a soapbox, and suddenly claim themselves a respectable "review committee", and assume qualification to define what is "right" and what is "wrong" in this world? And not only that, they are pointing their finger of condemnation at a support group, provided for people who desire a certain type of counsel, a different life from their past, and desire to live a life based on their faith and their inner-convictions/morals?

There was a cataclysmic event a few thousand years ago that would have produced a quick freeze as the earth lost its protective covering and tilted due to a lot of water that came down over a forty day period.

There are two muslim brothers that own a grocery and gas store in our little town (970). One guy I work with says he knows them quite well and they are christian. Yea, right. Your faith says you can lie to an infadel, and you want me to think your a christian? I am very skeptical. I guess I just have a suspicious mind, but I listen to my inner self, it is never wrong, its just something you know, you know? Anyway, I have a friend and her grandson mows my lawn and she works at a large truck stop rigth off the interstate hiway. She says the two that own the store are always in the truck stop asking them if the owner is ready to sell the place. Have you guys noticed that the things arabs do is work at gas and grocery stores? hum??? She tells me that truckers from Canada come in there all the time and alot of them are arab. They truck 5-6 to a truck so they never have to stop. They come in the truck stop, get what they want, and point, never saying a word to her. They just point. I never knew they were so close and it upsets me to know they are here. It scares me to death. I don't trust them at all in no way. I have seen them in a major grocer store shopping, just the men. I have seen one woman with a scarf on her head, I have to say it bothered me. We need to be vigilant, watch and report anything out of the ordinary. They under estimate us when we are challenged. They need to militarize the border in my opinion, step over and your dead. We need to pray for our country, for revival, protection from inside and out, because there are those right here in high places that want to destroy the USA, they blame us. We need to stand up for whats right no matter what the consequences. We have been silent too long, christians, its time to take our country back. We need to know who we're voting for, find out. I know 2 people who used to be Baptist.....so they say they were...and have converted to Jehovah Witnesses. I also believe they would not have converted if they had been truly saved and had their faith grounded in Jesus and the Bible. It just won't happen with a true Christian.
The Holy Spirit has been moving in me in big ways lately. I think this picture is no accident. Something big is going to happen. I think, it's something wonderful. Not the rapture, but a worldwide agreement.
I believe the marriage of the Lamb has happened, and the seed of the marriage is on earth right now, and has been germinated. We are on edge of Revelation. Not the book, but God revealing Himself.
I have been praying. When I pray, I ask God to reveal Himself before the wrath, so that all of God's children may experience His love, and therefore worship Him in all the Glory that He deserves.

You know those people who play LOUD obnoxious music around you? You have to hear cuss words sometimes, or whatever?
Well, I bought Ray Comfort's open air preaching CDs... it's a bunch of CDs and it has different times of him open airing over and over and over. Sooooooooo, I decided to throw it in the CD player, turn it up loud enough, and open my windows. LOL!!! It's not obnoxious sounding like the stuff you have to hear from cars and homes, but it gets the gospel out... I play it for about 1/2 hour a day or so... Christ is preached to my neighbors (they all have tracts and the ones who will let me witness have been witnessed to, so this is just an extra bonus for them!)
I know other people have WOTM stuff, wonder if you do the same?

Science is a fraud!!! the Bible is 100% truth
The dictionary describes science as "a branch of knowledge or study dealing with a body of facts or truths systematically arranged and showing the operation of general laws"
I define it as "a desparate ploy to discredit the Bible." I ask all unbelievers, "why, why does everything have to be proved!" Can't something just happen without us needing to "see" solid proof before we believe it. We're supposed to lead by faith. Is it such a hard thing to do. Even Thomas, upon seeing Jesus for the first time after being resurrected, didn't believe till he placed his hand and fingers in His wounds.
The biggest thing I can think of right now, that not even scientists can explain, is when dinosaurs lived. 65 million years ago. Not even close. Genesis says that the Earth started being created 5 days before man was created. Beasts of the Earth and man were made on the same day. Dinosaurs would seem to fit in there somewhere, hmmm? "But the layers of the Earths crust have formed over millions of years?". You don't say?. Maybe, just maybe, God intended to make it that way to confuse people. His way of saying "Live by faith, or live by proof." It's not that hard to imagine that dinosaurs and man lived cohesively. But after sin entered the world, they started to turn on humans. God knew it wouldn't turn out good for humans, and eliminated them. If he could do anything, why not that. Just look at the tribulation. His way of getting us to turn to Him and rid the world of evil (at least for 1000 years.) You know the rest. Anyone needing a quick pick me up-Jn.20:29. Hopefully my little rant isn't off the deep end. There's plenty relavinces out there, and are very easy to spot, if you look right. Anything to discredit where the real credit should go too!

Yeah, she pretty much flipped out when she found the file I have hidden on our computer. I have a notebook hidden in my dresser. Kind of a letter of warning and reminder of how much Jesus loves her and that I really want to see her again. It also tells how to find the hidden file on our computer.
I used one of the basic rapture letters from this site and she pretty much freaked out and threatened to leave. Well hopefully the seed is planted. Back to washing dishes, doing laundry, taking out the trash, and cleaning the litter box for Jesus!

That quote was in response to someone saying that having children uses up resources and overpopulates, to me that is a lack of faith issue. I trust God to meet our needs no matter how many kids we have. Why would a Christian worry about the world running out of resources? Muslims don't, and neither do Mormons and Catholics.
A marriage without children seems unnecessary. Paul said it's best to stay single so you can focus on God, if you marry without wanting to have children, then it just seems selfish and self-centered and taking attention away from God. Even if you don't have children of your own, there should still be a focus on children, otherwise you could stay single and make God your only focus.
Good - now that pentacles (stars) are rightfully recognized as religious symbols, we Christians should start up lawsuits to have every star removed from every governmental flag, crest, coat-of-arms, badge, memorial, etc.

I see nothing wrong with science when it does not contradict the Bible, but when it does, then I do have a problem and know that there is an error somewhere, whether by error or as to deceive. The Bible is old...but it is still true and infallible, science is not.

I usually feel demonic presence around electrical sources. No, I'm not electromagnetically sensitive. But it seems that every time I reach for my remote control I feel a terrible presence gripping my heart right before I turn the TV on. So then I turn to my Bible instead. I really don't find anything on TV worth watching except a few Christian programmes, but I'm afraid that just having the thing on will lead me to temptation! I think that's the presence I feel, some demon waiting to just entice me with all the bittersweet things TV has to offer.
I just got hired on at a fire department and well ive made some minor mistakes and what not. The devil is speaking through my chief theatening me that i am going to lose my job.
But after being born again, I knew immediately that homosexuality is wrong. But the deception to believe that its okay and normal is very intense. Not to mention the fact that there is very strong support for people to "come out" as homosexuals. If they do come out, there is a huge sense of family, community, support and solidarity. I think this is actually a great "selling point".

The Lord told me that this website is under attack by the evil one and one should ask discernment from the Holy Spirit. But we all have the Holy Spirit abiding in us and need to consult Him in everything that we do.

He was playing a video game for 2 weeks straight trying to beat it and finish. It was all he had been doing, and was right on with it every chance he got.
then I heard him in there throwing a fit! I walked in there to find him hitting the disk with a screwdriver, a hammer, and trying to tear it apart! I asked him what in the world are you doing???! He said, "momma--this game is not worth throwing in the trash whole. it asked me to pray to a god. it wanted me to bow and worship a god..... Im going to go outside and burn this thing!" strangely, I was proud of him for this.
As far as I'm concerned, anyone who corupts a child should be put to death at once. This is more than just political corectness, it's about their souls. If they grow up with those kind of ideas in their heads, it will be hard , if not imposible to lead them to Christ. God loves children, and let's not forget that one of the reasons he destroyed Israel was beaucose they sacrificed their kids. What those people are doing is they are sacrificing those kid's minds to Satan. An I for one, don't want to be in their shoes when God will ask them what they've done. We need to stop with the whole christian tolerance and start percecuting those who corupt the minds of kids. I'm all for locking them in concentration camps. Anyone who keeps a child from comming to Christ and having his sins washed doesn't deserve to live!

We prayed over the products and when we got there as she was doing the presentation, little did the ladies who were in full muslim garb know I was praying in the NAME of the GOD of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. Neither did they know that I was 'painting the house RED ' with the BLOOD of JESUS!... With the Blood of Yeshua Ha Meshia!!! Little did they know that as I went over to assist with the hand massage or the facials that I was speaking JESUS into them...that we were binding the power of the dark Islamic deception by the POWER of the NAME of Jesus, By the Power of His shed Blood, by the Power of the Holy Spirit, by the Power of the Most High GOD !!!
Man, I bet them demons were scattering all over the place bouncing off the walls for little did they know that GOD'S BEST were there wearing the FULL Armour of GOD, fighting the Battle...fighting for the release of these captive women, fighting for their salvation and deliverance.

Personally I'm strongly against my seven year old son having any type of thing like this in his possession and we've talked extensively about the dangers of dabbling in magic. He's fully aware that I don't even want him to watch the cartoons, or read those types of books or have these kinds of cards. He's brought a couple books home that actually have spell enchantments in them (I should add that he reads at a strong 3rd grade level so he has access to books that I do not want him to be reading.) And he knows that I don't want him to watch Harry Potter. As a parent that's what I've decided is best for my son.
Now, we do have many other movies we watch and I also have a Christian version of those kinds of cards which advocate Godly values instead of satanic ideas. So, he's not without entertainment or lack of interesting things to do.
Today, when he came home from school and said that he had a secret that he was hiding underneath his bed and that I shouldn't look. You know, I wasn't going to do that, I was going to trust him.......but something pressed me that I should look and sure enough he has these cards that he knows full well he shouldn't.
I've left them there and will give him a chance to fess up on his own. I plan to ask him about his secret and if it's something that I or God would want him to have. I'm hoping that he will really come to the right conclusion.....he's such a good sensitive little kid and probably is really curious about these things....but he's doing something I've made clear that is not acceptable.

The only lyrics I remember are the ones I posted in the OP. Since I had never heard it before, I wasn't singing or worshipping along with the others. Neither was my dh. We just looked at each other and were absolutely sick when we read those lyrics on the screen.

Our Savior obviously didn't want people flying or floating whenever they felt like it so He invented gravity. Bees also have an important role in his creation and He doesn't necessarily want people messing with them so He gave them stingers. Therefore if someone decides to break the physical law of gravity he could either break a leg or die. On the other hand, if someone sees a bees' nest and decides he doesn't like it and starts to swing at it with a base ball bat, it probably won't be too long before he will get a teeny glimpse of hell fire all over his body...but he'll probably survive in most cases.
To one degree or another we are all subject to our own vain imagination only by reading a steady diet of scripture continually are we able to apply self correction.

I think it is incredibly sad that it has come to this in a nation that was originally founded upon Christian principles. We allow a satanic symbol in a national cemetary that honors our war heroes. That is so incredibly sad and disgusting it breaks my heart.
People put this new American ideal of tolerance (even when it comes to satanic religions) above God's law and God's commands. Let me tell you, it is far more important from an eternal perspective to be a good Christian than a good American. At one time I believe these two things were synonymous but now I believe they are at odds.
What saddens me the most, beyond measure, is that there is such widespread acceptance on a Christian message board of this idea of allowing wiccans to place their symbol in a national cemetary. This is surely a sign we are getting close to the end. The cross is the only symbol that should be allowed in a U.S. national cemetary, anyone who wants something else (especially something satanic) should be buried elsewhere.
I have prayed many times that God would do whatever it takes to bring my children to a decision for Christ. I would rather see them on a death bed and saved than alive and well heading for a lost eternity. No one LIKES to see suffering but as a Christian father I know what is better at any cost to the flesh.
