But I have a feeling they’d like to abolish mortality as well. The utmost want to abolish eating itself (q.v. breatharians); I think the idea is akin to non-Gaian Gnosticism, to be more like gods or at least cherubim than anything strictly/primarily physical.

Well, not solely the immediate labor expenditure. The artisan can be thought of as instilling an aspect of all their previous labor into each work, perhaps??? As for those 109 nations, I’ll want a list. The number of African and Caribbean/South American/Mesoamerican nations doesn’t give credence to all of them having European-lineage majorities, so I have a feeling you’re counting a good many German duchies et al. that have long since been subsumed into Germany proper. And thus have largely recanted antisemitism.
