Yep, and he (anonymous) keeps saying that SL “is completely in the right” and “is an innocent victim”. This is apparently beside that the fact that he was speeding and there was an open container in his car. He also keeps saying that the people disagreeing with SL are “persecuting” him (of course).

There are people in concentration camps in the US now and an entire population is being wiped out in the Middle East because they were born the wrong ethnicity but yeah this dude is the one being persecuted because people say he is not superior to women and was in the wrong when he was endangering others. The selfishness and lack of self-awareness of some people is just fucking shocking.

I get pulled over this weekend by some bossy ass, TYRANT know-it-all, butchy, tomboy foid cop! I was doing maybe ten over MAYBE, and it doesn't matter anyhow because I am a GOOD driver and can handle my vehicle and manage the road under all conditions!

Translation: the rules aren’t supposed to apply to me!!! Any time someone sees me doing something I’m not supposed they are supposed to look the other way and keep going!! Why didn’t this cop just read my mind and know that?

Also, this is exactly what I’ve heard a number of young men say. You know what happened to every single one of them? They were all involved in a major car accident where they were found to be at fault. One was killed, and another killed another person. The rest were lucky enough to get away with minor injuries and no one else being seriously hurt. None of them talk like this now.

This dude is probably lucky he got pulled over because hopefully he will stop speeding even if it’s just in order to avoid to being pulled over again.

I got it a couple of months after I got the most recent booster, but it was a very mild case. It was actually worse the time I got the flu. But a huge part of that was the vaccine and the additional booster. And since multiple family members have had blood clots (way before the pandemic) and my grandmother died from a blood clot, I think I’m really lucky.

However, I have had persistent memory problems ever since I had it. I can never remember if I locked my car and have to click the the fob to make sure it’s actually locked. I go int9 the grocery store for one thing and I get there and I can’t remember what it was. I’ll make a plan with friends and then by the time we’re off the phone or I get home or whatever I don’t even remember making plans and so I don’t write anything down to begin with. I’ll say I’ll do something for a project or a group or something and then before I get off the phone or whatever it’s gone.

This is not like me. I take cognitive tests once every couple of years and in the past I’ve tested in the 98th percentile for working memory. But no more. I sure hope this goes away eventually. And what I’m dealing with is far less than others who have long COVID and can’t do things like climb the stairs anymore because they get too out of breath.

The elite soldiers in the Trojan War would have worn what’s called the Dendra Panoply which is a heavy suit made of bronze armor with a helmet made of boar tusk and leather.
