Yeah, I feel like demons are constantly attacking me. I'm very depressed and paranoid. It has seemed to get worse in the last few weeks.

That why my girls will never dance ANYTHING. I want them to be obedient and be modest. Any dance outfit I have seen is immodest. I'm always telling my girls that any clothing that shows their figure is wrong and God doesn't like it... I even find Irish dancing wrong, not in the dress code, but it the fact that it's not for God: so I don't care how much they beg and whine... no dance in this house...ever.
I don't watch TV much but a couple of nights ago I was watching a show and I saw two commercials that seemed more evil than anything I had seen previously.
The first was for a shampoo that encouraged women to become godesses by using their product. I see that a lot on TV about women being godesses worthy of worship.
The second was for a yogurt that is so good that it is"not catching the bouquet at a wedding good" After which they clinked their yogurt cups together as though getting married is the most distasteful thing on earth. .

Well, Einstein was correct. Jesus says we must receive Him as a little child, with the humility of a child. Einstein was too proud to humble himself . Who is the fool, the Bible says the fool has said in his heart that there is no God, so according to the Bible Einstein was/is a fool.
Not only that, right now, years after his death his words are probably influencing gullible people to deny a personal God, thus damning themselves to hell.
I don't see how someone that was supposedly so smart could have such a hard time with even believing in a personal God. Sorry, it just baffles me that with all creation /the obvious order of things-how could you deny a supreme intelligence was behind it, and gasp... even interested in his creation? Yet society holds up these atheist/agnostic philosophers and scientists like they are so intellectual and sophisticated.
The Bible says God sits on his throne and laughs at man, sitting on earth shaking his puny fist at God, God will have the last word and every one of these mockers will be silenced and punished.

Also respectfully, I think if God leads you to do something then He's perfectly capable of managing your offsprings' number without you having to choose on your own. Either one trusts God and His directions and His desires in all areas of her life or one doesn't. I can't see how it can work both ways. I am just a little mixed up when people say that God leads them to do this and that, and then they say they chose to not to have children because they want to be responsible. I guess if God really leads them to do something then He'd be perfectly capable to take care of the children issue too. He's the giver of the life and He can freely open and close the womb however it fits to His perfect plan. I am afraid many times we justify our own desire or choice of not having children - with God's higher calling. If there's truly a calling then He'll take care of the rest.

I can not speak for all, but a lot of men I know feel- pardon this expression- "castrated" in todays world. Even scientific studies show fish and men in the UK feminizing under the pollution of estrogenic compounds in the water supplies from the breakdown of wastes including primarily birth control (excreted in urine), pesticides, and soybean use (both estrogenic). Radical feminism, which is harmful to women, has been very effective at reducing the "manliness" of men as well. How often do we see men being portrayed in positive light anymore? On TV, the dad is always a buffoon kept alive by the wise wife. We have a total and systematic- even deliberate- breakdown of the family structure.
I was always high level intelligence- promoted to skip grades twice, full scholarship to university, etc. What did it get me? A wife who earns more than me and has an easier time finding work. She's a real looker, yes, but she was never all that great in school and only finished high school. I don't resent her, but I can't help resent the society we live in. Men have become soft, lazy, ineffective, and absent. The decline in manhood is natural based on the progression of sin permeating every aspect of our lives in a cause and effect sort of way. Look around- the 'metrosexual' or metro male is the image du jour. The manly guy who can use his hands, fix things, build things, etc. is marginalized. Pansy-boys are celebrated.
Ugh! I think I am ranting off the rails. The men of Biblical order are long gone as far as being in vogue. I struggle so often to be effective and feel so paralyzed to do much about it. It is hard to be a man, much less a man of God these days.
I used to subscribe to Better Homes & Gardens magazine. They usually feature one house every month, but when they started showcasing gay couples' (usually males) houses, it was time to cancel my subscription.

I heard this on the radio this morning and have unfortunately not yet been able to find any kind of link to a related story. Our local talk radio station does a 60 second Donald Trump blurb every morning about "success in life" or some such...I've only caught it once or twice, so I'm not really sure. Anyway, this morning he quoted some article by a dating/relationship "expert" that talked about the 10 biggest warning signs that women should watch for when dating and looking for a potential husband.
Now many of them made sense...things like:
* If he's rude to the server at dinner
* If he refuses to pay for the date
* If he's significantly younger than you
* etc
But number 10 just floored me...they said that if the man you are dating refuses to have sex with you until after the wedding, get out of the relationship now because that is usually a big sign that there is something wrong with him!! I'll keep looking for a link...

this is a really good question because I love windchimes and listening to them blow in the wind. That's all.. I just love to hear the music from them. But my husband says they are pagan and from pagan worship and I shouldn't have them hanging outside - I have liked windchimes since I was a little girl. Nothing sinister about the sound to me. Just pretty sounding.
i intended to burn all my witch books, but was having second thoughts. i didn't want them or anything, but they would have had a nice resale value. i could have used the money or even donated it... i could have gotten a few $100 for the amount i had and the subject matter...

i also didn't want the books to mislead anyone else either, but the money to pay bills or to be able to donate was awful tempting...
while i was mulling it over through a period of days, i had them in a big black lawn bag under a tarp in the driveway (yeah i know, we'd just moved into the new house and had unpacked them from the car not too gently) ... well, overnight, the wind blew the tarp off, the bag open and we got rain. the bag flooded and the books drowned.

My life really is not that great. I am a social reject and have been looked at as a fool all my life. I am unmarried and have no children. People think I am odd because I am 31 years old and still a virgin and even admit to it even though virginity is frowned upon this day and age. It's hard going to work in the morning knowing that I am unappreciated and laughed at. It's hard to live life knowing that I most likely I will never have a wife to love and cherish. I will never have a family of my own. People hate me and give me dirty looks like I am some unholy dirty thing.
But you know what. Jesus warned in the bible that it would be this way. No servant is greater then his master. They hated him, before they hated me. I don't understand all of the hardships I encounter, but I know he has a plan for it all. I would love to go and be with him right now and escape this mistreatment on Earth but it is not time yet. I try to cling on to this life I have right now so I can finish the race, Paul talked about in one of his letters to the church. I want to do my part as best as I can so I can hear my Lord say, "Well done, good and faithful servant." I pray for his will be done and not mine. I pray for inner peace and strength to face each day.
I need to go through all my books that are boxed in the attic and burn some of them...particularly the Anne Rice books. Toward the end of one of her series, I just got a bad feeling and stopped reading then packed the books up. I really don't want them around to mislead anyone else. As I think back on the writing, there seems to be a lot of new age stuff weaved into the themes of the book as well. Maybe they will help with heating the house next heating season.
Along with all the "birth pangs" Jesus lists in Matthew 24, are you finding that more and more people around you are being attacked spiritually and also physically in these last days?
Consider this....
In my family alone this past year, my grandma became mentally unstable and we were afraid she might literally kill my grandpa. My sister and her newborn have been having all sorts of problems since he was born, from thrush to reflux to colic and more. My aunt just found out last week that she has cancer. And now I got thrown a curve ball mself yesterday. I had the flu back in February and never fully bounced back, so I went and got a blood test, thinking I might be a little anemic. When I got the phone call, instead of being prescibed iron pills, I was told I have something called "smudge cells" which can be indicitive of Leukemia. They want me to have a bone marrow biopsy next week. I can't believe it! I'm only 29 and a mother of two young boys 3 and under! I shouldn't be getting tested to make sure I don't have cancer!
And at work, everybody is crabby and defensive and sometimes downright nasty, especially to me since I openly talk about my faith. Is the gas prices starting to get to everyone? Because this really seemed to rev up just in the last year.
I really feel that the Lord is coming back soon, but some days it just doesn't seem like soon enough. I hate the feeling of not knowing what is coming next or how long we might have left before Jesus comes back. I don't want to die before the rapture and leave my husband and young children behind. Lord help us all through these increasingly trying times, and give us the motivation to continue our witness through it all.

While thinking about all this I had sort of a sudden thought about how in Revelation the Bible tells us that a third of the earth's population will be wiped out in one of the "Bowl" judgments.
Stay with me here... Here's what I'm thinking...
In Egypt the Egyptians were worshipping all sorts of weird things, like Frogs, etc... and when the Lord brought the plagues on the land it was just those things - a plague of frongs, etc...
What if "Global Warming" becomes basically the religion of the Beast and God finally says "Ok - you want Global Warming - I'll give it to you" and boom - the sun becomes hotter than ever (This is also mentioned in Revelation), then, as if to give them their "Population utopia of 500 million people, mentioned in my posted article above, God then wipes out a third of mankind.
I can't figure out the math, but if there are roughly 6 billion people on the earth now and the Church gets Raptured (Maybe 1 billion?) then you subtract 1 third, maybe you will end up with approx. 500 million people, which is the number that people who hold to this view think is the best for the earth.
I may be way off - but I think God often works this way and I don't see Global Warming going away any time soon.

I do. I think it is a sign of love growing cold because these women are choosing not to get married or need a man or have children.

As for the demonic side... I watched something once I should not have...I felt the prompting of the Holy Spirit to turn the channel and didn't. Louder and stronger, the Holy Spirit prompted me..I still didn't. Finally, as loud as could be inside my head..He yelled "turn that channel NOW!" I did out of reflex because it was so strong a command...that night in my bedroom I was awaken to a high shrill audible voice calling out my name. I was completely frightened and cried out "Jesus please help me I'm scared." Immediately, I felt the most intense love and peace around me and the voice and evil prescence was gone....That night I learned a few things, but one...evil is just waiting..so why give it a foothold...and 2 that Jesus is exactly who He claims to be and He does have power over all evil!
I have debated over 100 atheist and I found one thing real fast they are not seeking truth, they love darkness rather than light, they will reject the truth at all cost...And not to mention the fact that alot of atheist have a vile hatred for God, and for Christians...Now when I talk to an atheist I don't even acknowledge there unbelief and I tell them it doesen't matter if they don't believe in God, because God will judge them regardless of there unbelief then I share the gospel with them.
I confess that I sometimes while going to sleep at night change the childhood prayer from IF I die before I wake to Please let me die before I wake.

I used to converse with a wiccan online. I would witness and she would listen, but sadly, to my knowledge, she has never come out of the wiccan religion. She used to teach a 'childrens wiccan class'. I feel our time on this earth is so short; so Obama will probably win and he and Oprah can help the anti-christ bring in the new world order.
Everything is mediocre now and nothing new or innovative is happening anymore. The fact that I am a complete failure is a good sign that the rapture is imminent because it shows that the United States is going to collapse soon when talented males can't complete college and get Phd's because they can't find the motivation to do it because there are no women who will support them because all the women are getting Ph'ds themselves afterwhich they will probably not make any major scientific discoveries. It is this mechanism which is destroying America.
And I also think the earth will be spinning faster in the 2nd half of the Trib to cut the days short, but keep the number count as prophecied. That could potentially mess up these predicted blood moons if the orbit of the moon doesn't speed up the same rate too.

I know that some people, especially Christians, think that Pokemon is evil, well, I can understand why, because it makes some references to the theory of evolution. Also, I'm not sure if this is actually evil/sinful, but Pokemon also has some references to Japanese culture, and probably even their Shinto religion.

My 8 year old daughter brought up a question to me and i am clueless. She wanted to know if the word Jinx is okay to say...for example. If her and her friends say the same word at the same time..and then they all say jinx together. She wants to know if that is okay to say or not.
