The issue with her “poor mother” grandstanding is twofold; first of all, the woman’s sons died in 2020. Who was President again in 2020? And also… the woman in question reacted to the deaths of her teenage children by joining a Republican think tank and fighting to close the border, even though her boys got their drugs from a pusher IN the US…)

I’m sorry, but SCOTUS even LISTENING to this bullshit case shows how off the charts they’ve gone. Brunson is accusing everyone who voted to accept the 2020 election results of TREASON against the United States, claiming that not investigating Trump and Rudy’s bullshit is an act of fucking WAR against the United States and thus, Joe, Kamala and all of the Congresspeople listed are traitors and should be removed via the 14th Amendment.

Note that no mention anywhere is made of what happened that day that would definitely fit “treason” MUCH better than this shit. The only plus about this is that they’re only deciding if Brunson actually has standing to file this action (courts have all said he doesn’t), and not on the case itself. And unless they’ve decided to just say “fuck it” and usher in permanent Republican rule in the US, they’re probably going to agree.
