Or maybe the fact that Europeans have centuries worth of bad blood with one another as any other group of people on this planet? The only reason why the United States, Canada, New Zealand and a few others have such a broad concept of “Whiteness” (and even then its’ a more recent invention really) is because of where they are and how they came into existence but doesn’t translate well in Europe (or South Africa) why? Because Europeans have been fighting each other for thousands of years and have all manner of bigotries directed at each other as they do against the more brown skinned/asian-looking people you lot hate, if not more so.
