We’ll turn the lights back on when you’re no longer president. Even then, that’s quite a lot of betrayed trust to make up for before that happens. Your head being presented to us as an apology is optional, but appreciated.
Counter offer: The states that hate you join us and keep their electricity, enjoy having actual healthcare, learn to read and let go of the insane notion that education is to be feared or “intellectual” is an insult, experience having rights that mean more than just the paper they’re written on, citizens can safely pledge their allegiance to a flag that won’t “thank” their civic or military service by deleting all reference to them from historical record, find out what it’s like to have their future invested in instead of rented to them with hidden fees, and won’t be left to burn literally or figuratively in their hour of need.
See Donald, unlike you we understand that to make a deal you have to offer something of worth rather than shit on the carpet before stomping your feet and lying about what people owe you despite you being nothing but trouble and a financial drain for them. And that having a record of pathological dishonesty no matter how blatantly obvious as well as completely refusing to honour any mutual contract is a bad thing. Your delusions of being a “strongman” when you’re a weak, petty, thin-skinned, incompetent, cowardly bootlick with no grip on reality that obsesses over an image he needs others to build up for him are tiring and grant you nothing in negotiation. You surround yourself with those who manage to be even more ridiculously pathetic than you. Really, all anyone has to do to put an end to you is their actual job and yet they still just don’t tell you “no” like the spoiled child you are.
When you love your country it should love you back. But your only concept of love is a one directional abusive exploitative prison where people are pitted against each other for temporary favour from a narcissistic monster that exists only to serve themselves but will continuously invoke emotion and fidelity that supposedly obligate others to endure them no matter how horrid they are. It’s nothing more than a buzzword to you, a triggering phrase, a marketing strategy you attempt to apply with all the sense and success of your casino management. It’s easy enough to see where that leads. You don’t love anything and you turn what people love into an abomination unto itself. I’d pity you if you didn’t try so hard not to deserve it.
