I had posted about this cartoon a couple weeks ago. The topic was shut down because I was told I was "giving place to the devil". It really hurt my feelings. I feel it's important to warn other Christians about these things. My teenage son had just turned it to this channel and I was had just came in the room. An advertisement for this cartoon came on. My son, who is very sensitive to things like that, wouldn't be alone in a room the rest of the night. I had already blocked Logo, Bravo, and the Music Channels. I had never really thought about blocking a cartoon channel. I have now! I homeschool my kids. I love it! The only thing that worries me is that my children have a sort of innocence because they're not around a lot of this junk at school. When they get out on their own they're going to be bombarded with all these worldly things.

I can totally see this happening.
Since the "sexual revolution" our society has distorted what sex is by design into the quest for personal gratification. This is why we see so may gays, lesbians, bi sexuals, tri sexuals etc. This is why internet porn is so huge, it is all about personal gratification.
Now add that to this.
Women do not need to rely on men to support them, and men have a harder and harder time finding women who want to be wives in the traditional sense. And when men do get married then they find that it is not what they expected it to be, or something else goes wrong and the man finds himself in divorce court. In divorce court the man loses half of his stuff, has to pay support/alimony etc. just like it was still 1950.
So if sex is all about personal gratification, and marriage is just a huge (often sexless) headache. Then the secular viewpoint will be that you would have to be nuts to get married. So sex robots would be the ideal set up for a man who doesn't truly know what God's plan of marriage is.
IMO, the reason we have so many different denominations is not so much do to interpretation of scripture, but do to sin in our lives. For instence, imoral sex, many churches tolarate imoral sex within their churches, only IMO because they refuse to acept the clear writting of scripture and refuse to give up their love for that sin. Just an example and just MO, so they form a church that does not convict themselfs of those sins.
Once we take something on faith we start to see all of God's truths over a period of time. If faith were based on scientific evidence it wouldn't be faith. That's why God waits until after we've accepted Him, often, to show us the science, and why so many eyes are veiled. In using the muslims or mormons as an example, they always go back to their book of mormon or quran, written by men and found to have enormous errors. That's how we know their faith is a lie from hell. The Bible has no errors or contradictions, and has been correct in all of it's prophecy. It could not have been written by man (uninspired). It is impossible for the Bible to exist as it does if man were writing it alone without God's hands on every word. After we accept Christ in FAITH, the science begins to become evident to us. We start to have a lot of V-8 moments "gee, it's so obvious, why didn't I see that before" Faith comes first, science comes after. Man has it backwards.
The most nasty people I have met are leaders in their respective churches. Many Christians develop a self righteous attitude and overlook their own flaws. I've had brothers in Christ judge me while at the same time I have caught them lying,cheating, and stealing. Some even homosexual. I truly know what the Lord wants and he has blessed me with a couple gifts. He has developed me to speak in boldness for his cause. I was in the company of a couple Christians who are self righteous and a commercial came on the radio speaking of dealing with depression. I shouted out accept the gift of salvation and become obedient to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the rest will fall into place! You won't need to go to that depression center. They just looked on astonished at what I had just said.

Ummm...Indians are not Christians and in the bible the woman is submissive to her husband. It is God ordained and it does work. Once, me, and 3 of my friends were in line for this water rapids ride at Froniter City, and we were talking about God and we were telling of of our athiest friends how the earth was formed, and then this kid infront of us says, "There is no God. The earth was fromed from a mixture of gases and rocks." One of my friends, hes a Chirstian, said, " You know, I but God's going to make you get ao wet you wont be able to walk." But, we looked back and The kid was having a very hard time getting up, his hair was drenched, so were his clothes, and his glasses were so wet, I thought they coullda rusted right there. Just the other day as I was driving home, the sun was setting.
Now I have an extremely old car with no window tinting and my car windows are horribly smudged. The sun was blinding me from my rear-view mirrors. I'm still a new driver, so I was horribly uncomfortable and I didn't know what to do. So I finally began to pray for some relief from the sun.
I hadn't even finished my prayer when I suddenly had a wedgie- so I sat up straighter in attempt to fix it, and Ta-dah! I had risen myself from the glare of the sun.
I couldn't stop giggling at myself and the answer I had received. I still can't get over how simple the solution was.

Their of the world, just like anyone that is not in Christ. Things may seem to look great now (or then) but that is most likely to change, especially when she really tries to start changing you. After a "break up" is the most volatile time, I'd be less worried about her hating God (as the bible says they already do) rather than she grabbing a hammer in the middle of the night and taking it at you. Even after knowing someone for years, you never really know what they are capable of, and for non-believers that can easily be controlled by demonic powers, it can lead to anything.
I heard on the news about a school (I can't remember where) that is requiring that young girls have this vaccine. I certainly wouldn't want my daughter to have it as a child, nor will I encourage her to receive it now - she's 24. I have HPV and the resulting problems are serious, but a vaccine that is not proven to prevent anything, nor has been shown to be completely safe, isn't a way that I would want to go.

I was thinking about this this afternoon. This part of it may sound harsh to some, but I'll say it anyway . . . YES, we all hope and pray that our children wait to have sex until marriage . . . and think that "if they don't, this vaccine will give them added protection" (kind of like the whole "don't have sex but if you do use a condom" approach). My question is, what about allowing them to reap the consequences of making poor choices? In other words, suppose a child does stray from God's will and have sex and get HPV -- that would be the natural consequence of their behavior. How far should we go to keep them from "reaping what they sow"?
When we were first married neither my wife nor I were strong Christians. Sad to say we mainly gave lip service to the Lord. It has only been in the last year that I have seen the error of my life—but my wife has not been willing to see how unsaved our lives had been. She is still likely to allow our sons to watch stuff like this Oprah; or allow them to read books like Harry Potter. It has been very frustrating to try and keep satan out of our lives while she seems to want to invite him back in.

A few weeks ago a mans cell phone went off during the most critical part of the invitation. It may have distracted someone who was about to make a decision. I felt sorry for the guy, but his carelessness could have very well cost someone their soul.

A few months ago I felt led to put together a "post rapture file" for my unsaved loved ones which is on my computer. My daughter knows that if she doesn't come to Christ before we go that she is to get this file and share it with everyone. I'm working on a list of names and contact info to put in the file. Anyway, today I just felt very strongly that not only should I remind her of it, but to witness to her for the 1000th time and give her complete instructions on what to do as soon as we are gone. I even went so far as to tell her as soon as we are gone that she is to go to a house that belongs to a friend since he will be gone too. It is WAY off the grid. I'm going to talk to him about it tomorrow and get directions. He loves Tiffany like his own granddaughter so I know it will be fine since all of his loved ones are going too.

As long as the toys are made and marketed with respect towards GOD then I think these toys will be a great way to share the word of God with our children. I do not like the idea of these toys sharing actual shelf space with things like Barbie’s and comic book action figures. They should be given their own section of the toy department so their message is not polluted with the sinful nature of most of today’s toys.

Ive gotten ridiculed for talking about HIS return so much( in their eyes) I got in trouble with my sister because I dared to mention the word Rapture to her daughter 3 years ago.. she said I "scared" her...My father just feels he's gonna die.. with no hope of a Rapture..I told him im not gonna die and be Raptured( what I believe in faith) and he scoffed at me as if i was a lunatic.. in fact he wont talk about JESUS or anything spiritual.. he just gets very uncomfortable if i mention the name of JESUS... HIS name is soo powerful, ive had other people become very uncomfortable and uneasy in my prescence when i mention HIS name...thats why HIS name is above ALL names!!!
