While I haven’t managed to get myself to watch any of TCD’s “reviews”, their general titles and descriptions and such tell me enough; TCD is one of those who hates on nearly everything that doesn’t fit his toxic niche. Now, initially I thought it was just an act, giving his audience what they want and such. But tweets of him that keep spreading make it seem more and more like he really is that toxic.

Anyway, I don’t hate all youtube movie reviewers; those who actually do decent research and make reasonable critiques without too much of a gimmick are fine. But it’s those who needlessly shit on stuff because it’s either “cool” to do so or because they just that kind of asshole can go rot for all I care.

It’s not just that I find that kind of hater culture personally annoying, it also makes it more and more difficult for studio’s to separate the haters from the genuine criticisms.
