Beta rebellion - how do you overthrow the state and seize power?
In my opinion, there are three ways for the beta rebellion to occur.
First, a series of disconnected mass shootings by pissed off incels. This has been happening for the last 30 years, and it will continue to happen. Taken together, these shootings will force the government to bring about change through policy: banning guns, red flag laws. Despite these policy chances, the rebellion will continue - it will progress from guns to knife and vehicle ramming attacks. It will result in no solution that is favourable to incels. The only benefit of this approach is that it draws attention to incels - normies see people getting spattered, and begin to ask why is this happening.
Second, a long term guerrilla campaign to wear down the government and force a treaty. Think along the lines of the Viet Cong, and the Iraqi Insurgency. However, this approach has several limitations. The main issues are that it won't happen, and that it would need to take place in an urban environment.
Third, a coup de etat against the government involving elements of the following groups: incels, right wing paramilitaries, disillusioned army officers, and other disgruntled members of society. The aim of the coup would be to quickly eliminate the security apparatus and destroy all illusions of state power. It would require the use of car bombs against police stations (this is to eliminate any one who can oppose the coup); a decapitation raid on the parliament/s and police command to destroy their decision making (and command and control) capabilities; seizure of media stations (newspapers, radios, tv stations), post offices, banks, transport hubs (airprts, bus stations, air ports, ferry terminals), universities to show that the coup plotters are in control.
The coup would be limited to a series of cities in close proximity to each other. Let's use the example of Queensland. Bulk of coup operations would take place in Brisbane, with supporting operations taking place in Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. You seize a small area, easy to control and establish your state. If you want territory/resources, you need to seize it early in the coup. Because, once federal forces are deployed in response to your coup, you won't be seizing anymore territory. Look at the example of Donestk and Luhansk - these operations were successful because the plotters (Russia and local paramilitary groups) limited their goals to a small area.
The main issue during the early phases is civil resistance. If the government puts out a statement calling for people to demonstrate on the streets, the coup is lost. Turkey is an example of this. If you use extreme violence on the demonstrators, foreign media will create a big deal about it and foreign intervention is inevitable. Even if there is no foreign intervention, you will be isolated in the world. You simply cannot win if their is civil resistance.
The other issues are the prospect of the military intervening on the orders of the central government. Coup plotters are ALWAYS outnumbered in terms of fire power and numbers by federal forces. If the military does intervene, your coup is failed. You need escape lines and heaps of cash so you can flee to sympathetic countries. You leave your shit kickers behind and get out on your nice air liner you just captured from the local airport.
Once you have eliminate the government and its power base, you then insert your own bureaucrats in their place: keep the ones with some sympathies to you until you can train ones only loyal to your cause, then execute all the turncoats. The goal is a quick restoration of public services (transport, public hospitals, pensions) so a return to normal life is possible. This is to placate all the normies.
As your state begins to take shape, a period of sanctions and isolation is inevitable. Thus, you need outside assistance. Funding and arms from an external backer, diplomatic recognition by foreign countries (think Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Luhansk, Donetsk, Transitstria, Sudan, maybe Russia). There will always be plenty of countries willing to help you to spite your enemy. If it were to happen in Australia, you would turn from America to China/Russia. Simply: an enemy of my enemy is my friend.
The truth is that once your state is established - if it lasts this long-, your fellow coup plotters will begin to side line you. Incels will always be seen as inferior to right wing paramilitaries/disgruntled army units with whom you sided with during the coup. You will be the first to be sidelined. The only response is to strike first, and launch another coup against your former allies.
Then you start coup proofing your regime: create a secret police, Republican Guard, army, navy, air force, regular police, border guard and customs etc. Pay them well, promote your truecel friends/family members. Establish a rubber stamp parliament of trucels to give legitimacy to your actions.
And an independent Republic of Incelistan is born. Now you just open your borders to truecel immigration and you begin the government sanctioned distribution of any slut that still remains on your territory.
Now just step back and watch as volcels take control and hijack everything for their own benefit. And you realise your goal of an Incelistan has failed.

But as an incel without any military experience, it is better to hand the planning over to your disgruntled friends in the army, with whose help you plan to seize power.
