WASHINGTON — In a blow to LGBTQ rights, the Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that Colorado's ban on conversion therapy aimed at youths struggling with their sexual orientation or gender identity violates the free speech rights of a conservative Christian therapist.

The 8-1 decision in favor of therapist Kaley Chiles on her claim brought under the Constitution's First Amendment is likely to have national implications — more than 20 states have similar laws. It could also have an impact on other forms of medical treatment that involve speech.

n deciding the case, the court embraced Chiles’ argument that the Colorado law banning conversion therapy regulates speech, not conduct, as Colorado had argued. As such, the measure is not like other health care regulations that focus on conduct, the court concluded. The case, decided on the global Transgender Day of Visibility, will now return to the lower courts.

"I hope this win for free speech will fuel a greater pursuit of truth," Chiles told reporters after the ruling. "Because of today's ruling, families will have more options and states won't be able to shut those options down," she added.

Their new name is Satan's name for them that identifies them as his. I can't verify this in Scripture, but I think calling them by their new name affirms and somehow strengthens Satan's power over them. My guess is that pagan/witchcraft/Satanism practice do that, but I don't know for sure. What I do know is that I no longer pray for deliverance of the trapped people I know by their new names.

As for gay men, they only become actively aggressive towards women when they feel threatened that women will somehow cut off their cum supply. They are envious that women can get the dick they want, and sometimes believe that if they can belittle or bully them, then somehow, some way, a straight man out there will finally be convinced to fuck him instead. It’s mostly petty, and not nearly as damaging as the harm men can and will do if they know for sure abusing you will immediately get them what they want. Straight men have a monopoly on misogynistic abuse because abusing women directly gets them access to what they want, pussy. Abusing women does not directly get gay men access to straight men’s cocks, so they do it less, and less intensely. If the only way for gay moids to get cock was killing women they would definitely do it, but the world just doesn’t work that way. Gay men are not more moral than straight men, they are just not often put in situations where the investment of abuse is worth the reward. If a gay moid wants to fuck a male child, the only way for him to do so is to abuse said child. The rates of child molestation for homosexual moids match pace if not outpace heterosexual moids.

Gay moids are men who think and act just like men. They aren’t a much of a threat as straight men only because they lack the tools and incentives, but in situations where they can abuse to get what they want, they do it just like straight men do. If all moids were gay, our societies would reflect this behavior. Women would be shamed and belittled but not pursued, more poor scrotes would be sex trafficked, the SA rate of little would exceed that of girls. Is it’s better society? Honestly, yes, if only because less children will be born into it since gay moids don’t want to impregnate women as much as the straight ones do.
