They should make efforts to turn away from this. If nothing else, they should be convicted of their sin.

If this does not let up if they refuse to repent of this sin, if they remain proud of what they do and entirely unrepentant with no evidence to the end of a change or a turning away from that lifestyle, it’s suspect.

It’s questionable if they were ever saved to begin with should they have professed to be saved. God alone knows the heart. But it is no sin to call a spade a spade. You might save someones life by doing so.

We are reluctant to sound unkind to the pro-family legal people who worked hard on these cases. But this is such a horrible outcome that something must be said.

Both of these cases suffered from an unaggressive and short-sighted approach that bordered on incompetence. The pro-family side did not present a credible case in either of these cases. They were deathly afraid that telling the truth about homosexuality might offend someone. By not effectively countering the absurd arguments and assumptions by the homosexual movement, they made it easy for the judges to rule as they did.

In the Federal District Court case in 2010 the homosexual lobby's lawyers bombarded the court with their well-honed talking points on "marriage", "family", the welfare of children of same-sex couples, and the like. They portrayed same-sex "marriages" as natural constructs that conservatives don't happen to like.

But as we reported at the time, the pro-family lawyers refused to consider using the medical and psychological dangers and moral issues surrounding homosexuality as counter-arguments. Instead they came up with soft arguments like "every child needs a father and a mother." In fact, the lawyers on our side accepted California's civil union law, which allows homosexual "parenting," as a legitimate compromise. This made their "mother and father" argument impossible to defend.

The handling of the case was so bad that the Federal District Court judge -- the "out" homosexual -- rebuked the pro-family lawyers for the lack of evidence they presented! It was almost as if the judge had no choice but to rule against us, based on what he had to work with.

When it got to the Supreme Court, it was no better. Our lawyers gave no credible reasons why same-sex couples should be treated differently, nor did they point to the immorality or destructiveness of that "lifestyle".

The DOMA case was even worse. Issues such as the morality of homosexuality, the perversion of the behavior itself, the absurd "equality" of homosexual relationships to heterosexual relationships, the bizarre effects on children having "two dads", and the overwhelming medical and psychological problems associated with homosexuality were the underlying reasons for the law's original passage. These are all legitimate issues. But the pro-family lawyers were afraid to use these arguments.

Thus, the Justices accepted the premise that homosexuals are a "class" of people who are born that way, and that there is nothing immoral or perverted (or destructive) about that behavior.

The cowardly nature of the pro-family movement has wrought terrible consequences and continues to be a huge problem. The DOMA case represents the tip of the iceberg. This unwillingness to address the underlying issue of homosexuality itself -- the behavior, its associated health risks, the profound moral issues, and the "born gay" myth -- gives that movement free rein to continue its march through our institutions.

As comfortable an argument as it is, we must stop deluding ourselves that this war is about the definition of marriage or children needing both a mother and a father. It's a bare-knuckles battle about truth versus lies that we cannot afford to continue to lose.

I’m growing to resent the LGBT community and the people in it.

Before I start this, I’d like to preface it with saying that I want HELP. Anyone planning on flaming me on the comments will only push me to be more to be LGBT-phobic. I want help. I don’t want to hate lgbt people. I’ve always been tolerant/embracing of the lgbt crowd. However, recently, I’ve become resentful, and something hateful is building in me. It seems like every in-person interaction I have with an LGBT person, specifically Lesbian, Transgender, or Bisexual, there’s an overwhelming “I’m morally superior than you and you don’t know suffering” For an example, I was telling some motivational, “overcome your obstacles and become great” speech, and they just straight up said that they couldn’t BECAUSE they’re gay. Then they told me they can’t because they’re suicidal and gay. I mentioned my struggle with depression and self harm and do you know what they did? Each and every ONE of them explained to me how my suffering didn’t matter because I had NEVER experienced persecution, never been through struggle because I wasn’t lesbian/trans/etc. They explained to me how little I would have accomplished in life if I was LGBT. This is, at minimum, the undertone that I experience when I speak to gay people in real life. It might have something to do with age, I’m a freshman an in HS. But I know that some people probably never grow out of this phase. I’m posting this to a few subs to get support and help me fix this before it becomes an actual issue and belief in me.

TLDR: Every LGT(not so much of an issue with gay men) person of met in real life has had special snowflake syndrome, and I can’t begin to vent about my problems with them without them trying to one up it. It’s starting to build hate and resentment in me.

Kosovo Police Investigate Threat to LGBT Activist

Kosovo Police said on Tuesday that they are looking into allegations that the life of a well-known LGBT activist, Lend Mustafa, was threatened at the weekend.

“We are currently working on an investigation of circumstances of the incident and in coordination with the prosecutor have initiated an investigation into the intimidation,” police told BIRN in a written answer.

On Sunday, Mustafa said in a post on Facebook that he was threatened in Pristina’s main square.

“It is noon in the square and a bearded boy spat in my face and shouted ‘I will kill you’,” Mustafa wrote.

“I have been insulted before, I was threatened and someone tried to run over me with a car [in the street] but nothing has been more humiliating and disgusting so far,” he added.

Mustafa vowed not to give up his activism.

“I will still fight as I have always fought and I will remain here [in Kosovo],” he said.

The Centre for Equality and Liberty, a local organisation which advocates for the rights of the LGBT community in Kosovo, condemned the threat and urged the police to bring the perpetrator to justice.

“The motive of this threat is believed to be gender identity and sexual orientation, which is punishable according to Kosovo’s laws,” the Centre for Equality and Liberty said.

“We stand behind Lend [Mustafa] and anyone who is a victim of discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation,” it added.

A number of peaceful Pride parades have been held in Kosovo in recent years with the participation of main political leaders, suggesting that progress is being made on LGBT rights in the country.

First Bosnian LGBT Pride March Faces Security Problems

In the run-up to the first Bosnian Pride event on September 8, the local cantonal government demanded that the organisers fund additional security measures, including purchasing and placing concrete barriers along the march’s route. {note: the explanation for this can be seen in the original article}

The organisers are remaining silent, although activists are voicing concerns over what they feel are legally questionable requests.

The dispute became public after Narod i Pravda, one of the parties in the coalition government of the Sarajevo Canton, called for the Pride march to be cancelled due to security concerns.

Although the current prime minister of the Sarajevo Canton, Edin Forto, responded in support of the Pride march, the incident added fuel to the already heated public debate about whether the march should take place.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is the last country in the former Yugoslav region to hold a public Pride event.

However, the country has a history of violence targeting LGBT-themed festivals, most notably in 2008 and 2014, and its organising committee has been under significant pressure from politicians and the public since it announced its plans in April.

‘Fundamental tradition and family first’

In the meantime, not one but two counter-protests have been announced on September 9. Sanin Musa, a theologian and professor, called on Wednesday for people to join his peaceful protest in the Sarajevo neighbourhood of Ciglane at the same time as the Pride march.

Musa cited his disagreement with public displays of sexual orientation, claiming that it goes against the “fundamental tradition of a relationship between a man and a woman”.

However he also veered into homophobia, questioning whether “paedophiles, zoophiles and necrophiles” should also be allowed to protest.

Musa, however, insisted his counter-protest will be peaceful and inclusive, and invited people of all religions to attend.

Another counter-protest, this one announced by a Sarajevo-based NGO called Svjetlo, is also motivated by what the organisers see as an attack on family values.

Although it is still unclear whether this will be a separate counter-protest or if it might merge with Musa’s event, Svjetlo argued that the Pride march is unnecessary and shouldn’t be “questioning the tolerance of the citizens of Sarajevo”.

The counter-protests could also serve as yet another argument for the Pride march’s cancellation, [argued international human rights lawyer from Sarajevo, Gorana Mlinarevic], while the additional security demands could have any impact on future civic events and public assemblies.

“It shows that the current government of the Sarajevo Canton is not as democratic and respectful of human rights and freedoms as they would like to present themselves,” she said.

I don’t know how old you are, but during my childhood, terms like transgender, bisexual, or LGBTQ+ weren’t part of the conversation. These ideas have gained prominence only in recent years, as some may see this as a way to avoid confronting the truth. The truth is, God created us in His image—designed to be righteous, sinless, and holy in His sight. Achieving this is only possible through faith in His Son, Jesus.

We must also acknowledge that some individuals face physical and mental health challenges—probably more mental than physical—that need compassionate support. However, these challenges shouldn’t lead to irreversible changes like amputating body parts. No matter how much their physical appearance is altered, a person’s genes remain the same. Boys and girls will always be what they were born to be.

The unthinkable may be near at hand: homosexuality as a “civil right.” It’s a complete lie but the signs point to the U.S. Supreme Court granting constitutional rights’ status to same sex “marriage,” and if that happens, homosexual behavior is likely to then become a civil right under U.S. law.

Will our elected representatives prevent this next step from taking place?

Here’s how this may occur. Assuming the states’ rights instructions of the Constitution don’t stop the liberal majority on the high court, and they move on to the equal protection question, their thinking is likely to go like this: that the “person” being equally protected under the law in the 14th amendment can encompass homosexual behavior.

In other words, they will have accepted something that is historically, scientifically and spiritually invalid: that there is a fixed homosexual identity, inborn for some humans, that it is neutral in impact, and so, sin is acceptable and intrinsic for some people. A constitutional right to behavioral preference opens a can of worms that won’t end at the endorsement of homosexuality.

If this homosexual “personhood” mythology is embraced as U.S. high court truth, this will be the justification for same sex “marriage.”

It should break the heart of any freedom-loving, God-honoring American to say this, but there is no evidence that America has the moral will to prevent the following “gay-stapo” dreams from being fulfilled shortly after. We could, but will we?
