My purpose in life—my reason for being—is to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ and see His church strengthened and built up in America and around the world. I have no vested interest in any candidate or political party but will vote for the one whose policies are most friendly to the cause of Christ and my own reason for being.

The Democratic Party—the party of my parents and grandparents—has made this an easy choice. To cite just one example; last year, the Democrat National Committee (DNC) unanimously passed a resolution affirming atheism and declaring that neither Christianity nor any religion is necessary for morality or patriotism.

By this act, they rejected God, the Bible and any transcendent guide for truth and morality. They swallowed the lie of the serpent to our first parents that if they would ignore God's command and go their own way, "You will be like God, knowing [determining] good and evil" (Gen. 3:5b).

This move was not only a slap in the face of God, but also a rejection of America's founding generation. To cite just one example: In his first inaugural address, George Washington declared, "The propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the external rules of order and right, which Heaven itself has ordained (Hyatt, Pilgrims and Patriots, 174).

Donald Trump, despite his tweets and personal flaws, has supported individual and religious liberty. He has acknowledged God and Christ and promoted policies that are friendly to the Christian cause. He has obviously moved in the direction of Christian, conservative values.

Simultaneously some individuals (officials have found eight combustion sites) set fires along the creek and the wind ripped the fires northward for over 15 miles, destroying in its wake over 2,000 residences and most of two small towns. One person has so far been arrested, but we know that BLM/Antifa had a presence here; they had set up camp in our most central public park, but the police kicked them out just days before the fires. Already, when the Hunter Biden laptop surfaced, we witnessed an almost instantaneous denial not only of the truth but of our right to decide for ourselves. The left censored that information so quickly that they couldn’t possibly have taken the time to research the allegations themselves. They took no time to analyze signatures, watch videos, look at photos, or read the emails. They just clamped down on the story, locked it in a cage hoping that the story would die just as the Benghazi story slipped quietly away, as Hillary’s email scandal dozed off to nothing, as the Russia hoax has gone unpunished.

We've lost our respect nowadays for the sacredness of human life. We've got wackos from PETA (People Eating Tasty Animals) elevating animals to the status of humans. We've got ungodly judges on the U.S. Supreme Court, who rule that a fetus is not a human being, yet a man who murders a pregnant mother is charged with two murders!

Ethics is simply doing the right thing. People rarely do the right thing anymore. Everywhere we turn nowadays we see cold-hearted people, who are angry at life and the world. Road rage is common. Fornication and bastard children are the norm. Adultery is everywhere. I see pretty women covered in ugly dark green tattoo ink, marring the natural beauty that God gave them. We've got grandmothers wearing today's these days! Men are going their own way (MGTOW), because the benefits-to-risk-ratio is no longer worth getting married.

In this untoward generation we hear worldly terms in Hollywood; such as, “sexual market value,” and on Walt Disney of teen boys sexually “scoring” with the girls! But the Holy Bible has been removed and banned from children's daily lives at school since 1963. Can we really ask why young people are rioting, burning cities down, pulling down historic statues, destroying the property of innocent people, and have no respect for authority? It was Russian communist dictator, Vladimir Lenin (1870-1924) who said: “The best revolutionary is a youth devoid of morals.” That us so true! I am ashamed of how the United States has been abusing President Donald Trump. Mr. Trump is the duly elected leader of our country! The hateful anarchy, threats of violence, and expressions of contempt are ungodly. For Democrats to stoop low and attack our nation's elected President is anarchy. A good a place as any to tell my story... I just "fined" my better half one hundred dollars. And cautioned her that the fine doubles from the previous amount levied, on every subsequent offence. Her charge?!? Telling people how I voted, after being barked at when it caused trouble for me. Actually, she doesn`t even know how I voted, because she wasn`t there. I WILL admit she has a good idea, based on my views etc. The three reasons I went off on her. One, it is mere speculation on her part, since I never officially told her. Two, she always does it either knowing or forgetting my previous anger, and always in situations of, embarrassing me or causing a stir. In other words, only when someone verbalizes dislike for my guy. Never one someone approves of him. And three, I had already learned to keep my vote a secret, two candidates before the current culture of confrontation. One final thing, I cautioned her over. If someone she tells who I voted for, tells someone else, the fine is accrued to her as if she made the declaration herself. The fine is real and I do collect. It does two things. It teaches her to keep her mouth shut by losing money, but more importantly, the cash keeps me from yelling at her for violating my privacy. She`d rather pay than be subjected to a well deserved lecture.

The single leaked to the Internet on January 18, 2012 one day prior to its official release for download. It was released the next day, on January 19. It made its live debut on February 12, 2012 at the Grammy Awards. It was nominated for a Grammy for Best Rock Performance but lost presumably due to the aging rock star's irrelevance in the genre.
The song is an up-tempo piece that is based on newer bands Springsteen mentored such as Arcade Fire and The Gaslight Anthem.
The song features Springsteen championing liberal causes with lyrics such as these

The road of good intentions has turned dry as a bone
Where's the promise from sea to shining sea?
The song also references Hurricane Katrina:

The song implies that Americans are less charitable than they really are.
The music video features Springsteen with working-class people wondering what the future holds. The lyrics are prominently featured on the screen to avoid a similar misconstruation as the song "Born in the USA" (a Vietnam War protest song) where people missed the message of the song because of a catchy beat and chorus. Note the chorus that could be possibly taken as uplifting (though Springsteen himself said it was meant to be ironic):

He was just slightly over 40 years old when he died. His skeleton showed signs of considerable wear-and-tear, so he likely lead a tough and hard working life. His tooth enamel stopped growing during two occasions in his youth, suggesting he likely lived through bouts of famine or sickness when he was young. The archaeologists found traces of blunt force trauma inflicted to the back of his head, which healed over before he died. The researchers aren’t sure what he did for a living, but they think he was a working-class person who specialised in some kind of trade.

Context 958 ate a diverse diet rich in meat or fish, according to an analysis of weathering patterns on his teeth. His profession may have provided him with more access to such foods than the average person at the time. His presence at the charitable hospital suggests he fell on hard times, with no one to take care of him.

Men are expendable, women are perishable. Also, mass scaled society and its attendant disruptions of the link between affordable family formation, fertility, and old age care were evident in Medieval England.

This man looks more alpha than most American men do today. Was he representative of his time? As a poor laborer, I’d guess yes. He didn’t have the wealth or occupational status that would have set him apart physically as well as socially from the masses. His eau de alphatude was likely the norm for his era.

My hunch is that the Good Life has been Very Bad for modern man’s masculinity. We already know testosterone levels are down over the past three generations. Soft hands and crabbed faphands are the mark of modern man, a far cry from the bear mitts of Olde Alpha man. All you have to do is look around at Millennials with their furries and anime and ennui and uptalking and vocal frying and safe spaces and lackey feminism to suspect that a physiognomic, hormonal, physical, and mental degeneration of modren man is rapidly metastasizing.

And perhaps now we have a clue to why modren White woman has taken up the masculinity slack and revolted against her own men.

Thus, what is a law-abiding citizen to do in America today? I am already fearful of displaying a Trump lawn sign, wear a MAGA hat in public, and the like. If I do, I am asking for a triggered, likely white ANTIFA anarchist to attack me physically at worst, or verbally assault my family and I at best. I am far more scared of political violence in 2020 than I am of catching COVID.

To make things worse, it is incredibly unclear to what extent I have the right to defend myself. There are disturbing images of men sneaking up on an old man in Baltimore with a brick and knocking him unconscious, a Trump supporter publicly executed in the street, 'Mean Girls for Biden' inappropriately touching and stealing from a child, and on and on. A Biden supporter is extremely unlikely to be attacked unprovoked. Still, a White or Latina Trump supporter is, unfortunately, more likely to be attacked than ever (since maybe wearing a pro-Union hat in Richmond during the Civil War)

It is widely known that the police do not have an affirmative responsibility to protect us from crime. This is especially true today in Democratic cities, where police are being defunded, attacked, and are fearful of making one mistake that could cost them their career, pension, and or life. One's best hope is for the police to investigate your assault after-the-fact. How then can a citizen feel safe in our nation's largest cities in 2020? Trump's re-election is quickly approaching, and ANTIFA is secretly hoping he wins so that they can use it as an excuse for wanton mayhem, murder, looting, and more.
